This well-maintained apartment from 1905 that extends over two floors has retained much of the original charm such as solid walls, doors, rosettes and moldings etc. The apartment contains dining room, TV lounge, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a loft living room with bed. My place is close to the city centre, public transportation, parks and outdoor life. The place is good for one person but can house 2 persons. It costs 200kr extra per night if you are two. Bed(90cm+mattress on the floor) It is possible to cook simple food. Hot plate, microwave oven, etc. NB! Kitchenette and bathroom/WC are in the same room. A living room with a 90 cm bed. If 2 guests, extra mattress. The apartment is in the basement. Ceiling height approx. 97 cm. Bed linen and towels are included. Free street parking.

Lokalisert midt i hjertet av Stavanger på Storhaug 5 min fra sentrum. Velfylt kjøkken med utstyr, vaskemaskin og tørketrommel i leiligheten. I et veldig rolig og godt sentrums nabolag i umiddelbar nærhet til kollektiv trafikk og en kort gåavstand til sentrum på 5-6minutter med bryggen, restauranter og alt annet sentrum har å tilby.

Peaceful area. 3 min. walk to the beginning of Stavanger city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is my home and is rented out when i travel. NOTE that the bed in master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard. Due to a very unfortunate incident with a guest without references, I no longer feel comfortable renting to profiles without solid references.

Super Central, Quiet and Cozy Travelers Loft

Perfect for a short and central stay in Stavanger, located just 3-4 minutes walk from the Central Station. Although being super central, it is also in a safe and quiet street which gives the best of both worlds. The place has a folder with info about things to see and do, some simple cooking gear, a small bathroom with toilet and a sink, but the only downside is that it has no shower. Just make sure you understand that before booking, and I'm sure you'd love the rest😊
