A newly renovated basement (30m2) with a separate entrance. The bathroom is 10m2 and has a large shower with different settings. The living/sleeping area is roughly 20m2 with high ceilings, heated floor and a TV with chromecast. The "kitchen" area has a fridge, sink, cooking top (for one pot) and a microwave oven. Free parking outside the apartment. 15 minute walk from city centre of Stavanger. The basement is under our house, so some degree of noise should be expected during the daytime (kids).

Spacious top apartment (95 sqm or 3-4 hotel rooms) Newly renovated to a high standard in a style that respects the location - between the Jugund style wooden villas and the revamped, trendy old industry area "stavanger øst". About 12 min walk from the city center and just 2 blocks from stop with regular buses. The ferry terminal and Goddalen coastal walk are close by. There is a shared garden, and a roof terrace with great views, however the terrace is not finished. Not suitable for parties.

En fin spasertur på 20 min til sentrum. 1 dobbelseng. 1 ekstra madrass kan lånes til å legges på gulv ved en ekstra gjest (3 gjester). Bad m badekar, dusj i badekaret. Gang til yttertøy. NB! Ikke kjøkken, men: Eget rom mellom gang og bad som er utstyrt med kjøleskap/frys, hybelkomfyr,mikrobølgeovn, vannkoker, presskanne til kaffe. Kopper, vannglass,vinglass, tallerkner,bestikk osv.

Med under 3 minutters gangavstand til badeplass, butikk og kollektivtransport, og 10min gangavstand til sentrum har man alt man trenger rett rundt hjørnet. Inkludert kort avstand til fjorden, og badstue gjennom Damp AS. Leiligheten har kjøkken med bl. a. oppvaskmaskin, brødrister, vannkoker og airfryer, bad med vaskemaskin, soverom med hems og 2 dobbeltsenger, og stue med tv, chromecast og sofaplass til 4 personer. I et veldig rolig og godt sentrums nabolag i umiddelbar nærhet til kollektiv trafikk og en kort gåavstand til sentrum på 5-6minutter med bryggen, restauranter og alt annet sentrum har å tilby.

The bedroom has a large double bed. The bathroom has a washing washing machine that guests can use. The kitchen and living room is open plan and spacious, with necessary equipment for making your own meals. Bed linen and towels are included.

Koselig, sentrumsnær leilighet

Jeg leier nå ut mitt kjære hjem til deg som ønsker å bo sentrumsnært, men i rolige og hyggelige omgivelser når du besøker Stavanger. Det er en meget koselig loftsleilighet (om jeg så får si det selv) med en solrik terrasse. Stuen er møblert med en behagelig 120cm seng, men jeg gjør obs på at leiligheten har minimalt med solskjerming. Så lenge det er dagslys vil det være lyst, men det er også mye av sjarmen med leiligheten.
