Unique property with a fantastic view over the sea. The home is brand new from 2025/26 and is really well insulated and with a heat pump. So even in freezing weather, it is warm and comfortable to be in. The property is small and perfect for a couple looking for a unique experience together, or for a small family (recommended for a maximum of 2 adults). The large folding door facing the water means that the home is extended by the terrace. The sight and sound of the ocean fills the entire house. The house has a 2-person kayak with life jackets.

Nice little apartment with everything for two

In a newly built house from 2022, we have made two small apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom and entrance to our kids. Now some of the kids have moved and we're renting one out. The apartment is 25 sqm and has a nice bathroom with shower - full kitchen with stove with 2 burners, oven, fridge and freezer. There is a dining table with chairs and then there is a cabinet bed with a nice mattress. It can easily be opened up with the bedding arranged so it is easy to make good floor space. There is a large sliding door and a lovely view

"TROLDHØJ" is the place where you can escape the stress of everyday life. The house is set back from the road and surrounded by nature, with magnificent views of Randers fjord. The night is dark and quiet and the stars are clear. Terrace on 2 sides of the house, fireplace and plenty of elbow room. 2 km to grocery store, tavern and pizza and 7 km to Udbyhøj with blue flag beach and harbor life. The house is from 2015 and built in larch wood, so there is a nice atmosphere in the house. Here is the basis for a few days of recreation.

In less than 30 minutes drive, you can get to Djurssommerland, Scandinavian zoo, Lübker swimming pool, Blåbærgården and Vaffelhuset in Fjellerup.
