Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

The cottage is insulated all year round and heated by both a heat pump and a cozy wood-burning stove for the cold evenings. The house is spacious and well furnished with four good bedrooms, a large kitchen and living room. There is everything you need for a cozy stay. The cottage is located a 10-minute drive from beautiful Vesterlyng Strand and in the middle of scenic areas.

The property has its own small lake/water hole with lots of wildlife, including frogs, birds and deer. In dry summer, the water level is very low. There are bicycles for free use. The house is 500 meters from a lovely beach. During the summer period, week 25 to week 32, the booking is a minimum of 3 days.

The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

An architect-designed wooden house on a light and open forest plot by Sejerø Bay, 100 metres along the path down to the jetty and a quiet swimming beach. Space for 10 guests in five bedrooms, each with a real double bed. The annex with the last two bedrooms is included in the price. Designed by Høyer Arkitektur in 2022 as a low-impact house and furnished with design classics. The sunset over the bay is the house's best view.

Just 200 meters from the water is our cozy year-round cottage with a large, secluded garden and space for relaxation all year round. The house can accommodate up to 8 guests, divided between the main house and the annex, and is perfect for families, friends, or couples. Electricity and water are billed separately through Airbnb.
