The area is central and peaceful with lots of greenery. The house is fully equipped, well-planned and stylish, and is only a 10-minute bus or tram ride from the city centre! Perfect if you are going to Liseberg, a concert at Ullevi, the Gothia Cup, or simply sightseeing! Take a walk in the area, go to the nearest lake, have an ice cream at the ice cream café in Sävedalen. Everything is within easy reach here!

Welcome to our charming guest house with a lot of extras and the forest right at your doorstep. A bright bedroom with a double bed, sleeping loft for an extra bed and a generous bathroom with shower and lovely sauna for the winter season. Private terrace for both breakfast in the morning sun, and a relaxing moment in a sun lounger. Breakfast includes fresh eggs from our own chickens – which also ensures that no one oversleeps in the morning. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
