'The Little House' - in the centre of Stock

'The Little House' ( my grandson's name for it it) is a hidden gem, tucked away in the centre of the lovely village of Stock. It is a detached, converted small barn with its own entrance, key box and allocated parking space in front. You'll find this accommodation light and airy and very private, decorated with a sailing theme throughout. There are two village shops (with late opening hours) , a hairdresser and beauty salon, four pubs and a cafe within less than five minutes walk.

Dive into the history of this unique and memorable place. As you drive up you will be surprised and delighted as you are greeted by Aythorpe Roding windmill nestled in the farmlands. The property stands on over 2 acres of exclusive garden for you to explore and enjoy. We are surrounded by neighbouring farms and fields inviting you to get away from it all. Our fully equipped and compact studio apartment is quietly tucked away at the end of a residential Cul-De-Sac, on the edge of a woodland forest. Ideal for work in the area, travelling in & out of Stansted Airport, visiting family, attending events/little getaway. 3 mins drive to the M11 Motorway 7 mins drive to town centre 19 mins drive to Stansted Airport via M11 10 mins walk to Tesco/cafe/pub/restaurant 15 mins drive to Epping Underground Station & North Weald Airfield.

A comfortable studio apartment set apart from the main house with off road parking right outside. Guests have their own front door, and there is a private deck looking out over neighbouring farmland . The studio has a private shower room, fresh towels and sheets are provided. There is a small kitchen area and dining table. It is very likely that we can arrange check in and check out times to suit us both, and we are happy to advise on the local area. Please ask!

Spacious, self contained accommodation in a peaceful location. This annexe offers lots of space, a fully equipped kitchen, a desk to work at and large wardrobes for storage. Parking for 1 vehicle, 2nd space available if requested prior to stay. It’s a 5 min drive from the Brentwood Centre & approx. 10 min drive to the High Street. There are local supermarkets, takeaways & restaurants within a 15 min walk away. There are some lovely walks on the door step
