In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

The small vacation home offers tranquility and relaxation. With bird chirping and the first rays of sunshine over the mountain, you wake up in the cozy bed under the sloping roofs of the house. Obermaubach offers a reservoir with ice, coffee and pedal boats. Hiking and cycling trails in nature as much as your heart desires. Breinig is a district of the copper city of Stolberg. The location is ideal if you want to live in a familiar and quiet place at the same time. The 60 sqm apartment is located in the basement of our house - but is very bright and welcoming due to the large windows. The apartment has a separate entrance with a small courtyard, which of course can be used. To enjoy the evening sun, a garden table and 4 chairs are available. Children are welcome.

We offer a renovated apartment in a central location with large kitchen-living room, dining area, tub bath and separate bedroom in Stolberg Büsbach, just 10 km from the center of Aachen. Private parking, about 70 meters away, and Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. We have created the possibility for an independent check-in, but always welcome our guests ourselves if it is possible for us.

The apartment has an area of approx. 120 sqm and is furnished to a high standard. Last renovation 2018. The apartment can accommodate 2-4 guests. Children's bed and highchair may be available upon request. The terrace at the rear is part of the apartment. Covered sitting area as well as a ping pong table. A charcoal grill is available. Children are also welcome to play in the garden.
