This was my third stay at Amy’s and won’t be the last. The home is outstanding and the back beach on your doorstep, the town is less than a few minutes away and all you need there. Lovely place to stay in a peaceful village, with easy walks to beautiful Hope Cove and beyond. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable and relaxing. We really appreciated the little extra touches to make us feel welcome. Lovely owners. Our dog loved it too!

Fantastic location and property, photos do not really do it justice. Would defintely return and recommend to all. Access is on very narrow lanes but being on the coastal path and having such a fabulous beach on the doorstep meant our cars could stay parked for most of the stay. Listing states BBQ is gas - it's charcoal, helpful to know if planning a food delivery

This property’s location is perfect, whether you want to stay on-site and enjoy the vistas of Dartmouth or use it as a base to thoroughly explore the environs. It’s only a short walk into Kingswear, where there is a car or foot ferry to get across to Dartmouth or the steam train which will take you to Paignton. Communication with Mark was thorough during every stage of the booking and stay. The accommodation is divine and we’ve rarely slept so well; a combination of the Savoir bed and serenity within this hillside property. Nothing about the host, property or location could be faulted; exemplary in every aspect.

We wanted to get away from it all in a part of Dartmoor we hadn't been to before and Steve's place seemed to fit the bill. When we got there, we found that it more than met our expectations! The Barn was exactly what we were looking for: a wonderful peaceful location and extremely comfortable and very well-equipped accommodation. The big selling point for us was the fact that the Barn was on lots of well-mapped walks, so that we could go on lovely walks in all directions without having to get in the car. Steve and Tessa were the perfect hosts; they made us feel most welcome and we found we had a lot in common. We very much enjoyed our short stay and look forward to returning to the Barn before long to explore the area further.

Another great stay at Gull’s Cry. A beautiful area, even out of season. Property has everything you need for a comfortable stay and a well equipped kitchen.

Serendipity is a lovely house with stunning views. Marks has designed and refurbished his house beautifully and very much with his guests in mind. The downstairs is spacious with a very large table so we as a party of nine could sit all together or in separate groups inside and outside. Well done to Mark. He is a very considerate and welcoming host.

We have had a fantastic stay. Perfect location for our family of 4 (including baby and toddler) the accommodation was absolutely spotless & I was more than happy to let my baby crawl around. Things included like stair gate/highchair/travel cot were amazing when you already have a very packed car. Blackout blinds in both bedroom saved us from our normal 5am starts! We got lots of use from the swimming pool & outdoor play area. The roads are small and windy but with google maps we didn't find it to be a problem at all. We will definitely return!

The host, Julie, was really helpful and responsive to our messages. Beautiful surroundings and the views from the chalet were incredible. We were visiting old friends and neighbours and it was an excellent base. The walk down into Shaldon along the golf course was convenient and stunning but be prepared for the walk back up!! The chalet had everything we needed and was really nicely decorated with comfy sofas and beds. Wish we were there longer and would love to go back.

This is a very special spot. The farm is made up of the main house and several beautifully converted stone barns with generous balconies overlooking a stunning field and river. They are beautifully decorated, very comfortable and homely spaces that show the real care and thought of the owners who have done all the work themselves. The pool is amazing, with rotating 2 hour slots given to each barn every day. We would love to stay again and would recommend it to friends and family in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing stay at Lesley’s. I wish we could have stayed longer. There was so much to do in the local areas. The caravan was spot on, lovely and clean and we were very grateful for the little hamper and milk when we arrived. Everything was clean and tidy and we particularly loved all the fleecy blankets for that extra cosy touch. Thank you Lesley. Would 100% recommend and stay again

It was a privilege to stay in this beautiful family home. The location was sublime, peaceful and idyllic. The quirky access was amusing and great to be so close to the Ferry Boat Inn. The house had everything you could wish for and more!

We had a great stay at Adam’s apartment in Torbay! The location was absolutely perfect – close to everything we needed and ideal for exploring the area. The apartment itself was very comfortable and made for a really relaxing stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again – highly recommended! One tiny mystery though... where was the salt and pepper hiding? 😄

Excellent studio flat, beautifully presented and very comfortable. Close to town centre and lovely surrounding countryside. Paul was a very welcoming and helpful host.

Thank you for a lovely stay at The Hayloft. We were made to feel very welcome from the beginning and throughout. The hamper was lovely, the cottage cosy and the garden was amazing - the kids had a great time running around outside and in the games room, and the dog (who was on his first ever holiday) also loved all the space and freedom. We used the BBQ hut for my husband's birthday on the second night with some friends and their children and it was great to celebrate in a private space like that. The location was peaceful - it really felt like we were away from it all - but close enough to local attractions and beaches, we enjoyed trips to Dartmouth, Torquay, Paignton, Totnes and the River Dart Country park. Having the EV charger on site was a great benefit as it meant we could travel with the certainty that we could charge up on our return on each day. Our hosts were friendly and helpful and showed real care for us and our children. A lovely stay and would highly recommend.

Marc and Christine are phenomonal hosts. We book every year and are always greeted with warm hospitality, a clean studio with scones, cream, jam, milk and fresh flowers. The studio is perfect for us and our 2 little dogs. It's a superb location to the park and beach and local amenities. We will be booking again next year for our perfect holiday hideaway. Lovely weekend stay at The Snug. Everything we needed was provided, felt like home from home. Great location, 10 mins gentle walk to the harbour. Parking not a problem. Bed super comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Quick communication from Mia when had a couple of questions, would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We had an amazing time and Caroline and Richard were incredibly helpful and attentive hosts. The garden was fantastic - peaceful and beautiful especially in the very hot weather!

What an absolute pleasure Katie was, from the first minute I booked the place until the last minute. Great location and a fantastic bungalow we stayed in. The views were amazing. Katie was always at hand with any questions or queries. So much to do around the area and driving distance to a lot more.

A wonderful place with everything and more you might expect, including breakfast provisions and a fab local pub where we had an evening meal. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic property, very comfortable and so well equipped. We especially loved the kitchen/family room with amazing views over the garden. Also loved the decor and artwork in every room. Hosts were great, very friendly and helpful, met us there as soon as we arrived to talk things through and make sure we had everything we needed, especially grateful for the torch which was brought to us as soon as we had a power cut! Would definitely visit again and would highly recommend it.
