Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Spend cozy relaxing days in my centrally located home. The small but nice apartment is located on the ground floor of our family house with private bathroom and house entrance. Whether it's a skiing holiday, hiking or sightseeing, everything is possible. Ski lift or summer lift is about 20 minutes on foot. Also a visit to Innsbruck, which can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, nothing stands in the way. Supermarket and restaurant are about a 10-minute walk away.
