In about 25 minutes you can get to Stuttgart Central Station / Schlossplatz by subway. Easily accessible without a car. Please let us know the approximate time of arrival at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

The apartment is on the outskirts of Gemmingen-Stebbach. It is equipped with everything you need and more. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, sleeping places could be extended on the sofa bed or crib. In the garden there is a playground with sandbox, slide, pirate deck, trampoline and climbing wall for free use. Welcome to our cosy holiday home! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor of our big family house and has a separate entrance. The bedroom is big and bright with exit to the garden. In the bedroom you´ll find a king-size bed consisting of two single mattresses, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table and two couches. The small kitchen is well equipped for self-supply. Breakfast is optional for an extra charge (5€ p.P.). In the recently renovated bathroom we will provide towels.

The beautiful apartment is located in Niefern-Öschelbronn ( district of Niefern) . You can reach Pforzheim in 10 minutes by car, the nearest train station can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. After the highway exit ( A 8 ) Pforzheim center you can reach the apartment in five minutes. - Guests must agree to the use agreement access data of the user agreement in writing prior to receiving the WiFi access via Wi-Fi.
