Tastefully decorated vacation home with a spacious terrace and views over the IJsselmeer. Please note when booking: The annual Stavers festival will take place on the nearby grounds, mid-June 2026. Also in July 2026, the 18th edition of the Stavoren fishing days will be held nearby. The exact dates are not yet known. Unique views from your apartment and terraces. The large terraces on three sides of the house are all yours, so you can always find a space in the sun or in the shade. The west side has an amazing view of the IJsselmeer, the other sides have excellent views too. Two small beaches at walking distance. Free Wifi. Directly on open water and fishing waters. The old harbor and the beach are very close. The cottage is an old storage room of the former lock to the Zuiderzee. Therefore, it has a unique character and feels like you are staying on the water. Suitable for a (married) couple, possibly with two children. There is one bedroom and a loft where 2 young people can sleep. At the front is a sunny garden and at the back a jetty on the water where 2 canoes are ready. ☀️

The terrace is furnished with a large dining table, BBQ and a spacious lounge sofa with patio fireplace. The villa has a jetty with swimming ladder. Free use of canoe and SUP board included. It is also possible to rent the electric sloop, which is also available at the villa.

The garden is right at the waterside, with a large jetty for boats, from which you sail directy to the Frysian Lakes or the IJssellake. The open water is perfect for swimming and fishing.
