This well-maintained apartment from 1905 that extends over two floors has retained much of the original charm such as solid walls, doors, rosettes and moldings etc. The apartment contains dining room, TV lounge, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a loft living room with bed. Bowling alley, gym, shopping street and shopping opportunities within 2 km. Electric car chargers (2.4kW and 7.2kW) can be used as agreed. Additional costs included. Only stay of paying guests in the apartment is allowed.

Lovely one level holiday home, nicely located in the terrain, short distance to the sea. Amazing views and sunny conditions from morning to sunset. Located in a quiet area, only 30m from parking. (20min by car to Pulpitrock hike start) Folding door at the front and two large sliding doors give the option to open up to nature outside. Fishing and bathing opportunities only 120m from the cabin. Wood-burning stove inside and outdoor wood fireplace. All bedrooms have light-proof sun shading.

We wish you welcome to this very special apartment located in the middle of an 1929 industrial designed master cabinetmakers/ebeniste workshop building. Apartment is spacious - with modern bathroom, kitchen facilities, dining area, 2 TV livingrooms, a/c, big windows, beds for 4/5/6 people, a cozy backyard and terrace; all located in a very quite west side area of townhouses. Its 2-6 minutes walk to city center, harbour, railway and buses. Several grocery stores and restaurants 40-80 m away.

Maria’s house

Peaceful area. 3 min. walk to the beginning of Stavanger city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is my home and is rented out when i travel. NOTE that the bed in master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard. Due to a very unfortunate incident with a guest without references, I no longer feel comfortable renting to profiles without solid references.

I have the perfect wood house in Stavanger city center! My house contains a 1st floor with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, a living room and fully equipped kitchen in the 2nd floor - with 52 inch Sony smart TV/Apple TV/Chrome/Netflix/Wi-Fi/Sonos audio system - and a bigger bathroom in the 3rd floor with bathtube. Suitable for 1-5 persons. 1 minute walk to the Pulpit Rock Ferry and very close to city center with all its facilities.
