Welcome to our modern 4-story villa located in 15-20 min walking distance to Stavanger city centre. The villa, which is 250 sqm, is originally built in 1935 and is part of the historic wooden house development in Stavanger. Our villa is fully renovated in 2021, so it has all modern amenities. In our villa you stay close to the city centre but still in a quiet area. We have a six year old daughther, and a three -year old boy, so there is child-equipment and toys available.

De trenger ikke å være inne om dere ikke ønsker. De har både mat, vann og isolerte senger i bod med katteluke. Vi ønsker ikke å leie ut til grupper av feststemt ungdom pga dette er et familiehjem.

Shirt walk to train or bus! Electric scooters available in the street too.

Holiday home with heated pool!

The holiday home was newly renovated in April 2026. Well-equipped kitchen with most of what you need to cook. You will have access to your own equipment for use in the games room (billiards, darts, table tennis and mini golf). On request, we have balls for beach volleyball and football. Here, everything is in place for you to enjoy yourselves! NB: The pool is only open and heated between 15 May and 15 September.
