Utstein is a protected cultural environment and has special national value with the cultural history, landscape and agricultural elements that characterize the area. At Utstein there are animals inland and cultural pastures all year round and limited access to traffic. It is possible to watch/participate in the farm operations. The hiking opportunities are many, short distance to the Pulpit rock and the Kjerag.

Short walking distance to Madlaveien/at clarion Hotel Energy where you can take a bus to Stavanger city center. The buses run every 15 minutes and take about 8 minutes to drive to the city center. Shared parking space on own property. If you come by plane, the airport bus is recommended. Takes approx. 15 and drive to the apartment. The bus also runs past "the three swords".
