Beautiful boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

The property is newly renovated and has a very central location in Stavanger, with direct connection to everything the city center has to offer. Nearby is Breiavatnet, the train station and the bus terminal, and there is also a short walking distance to many restaurants, a rich cultural offer and hiking opportunities. In the backyard there is access to a common patio. The airy living room is in an open solution to a practical kitchen, and in the living room there is also a foldable staircase up to a loft/alcove of approx. 6 sqm.

Gamlahuset by the sea - near Stavanger

"Gamlahuset" from around 1880 is rented out. The house is located on a small courtyard in Gardsvågen on Talgje, 100 meters from the lake. Here there is a beach, and there are hiking trails around almost the entire island. From Gardsvågen it is 1 km to the speedboat dock. From here it is 20-50 min by speedboat to Stavanger. It is 35 minutes by car to Stavanger city center. At Talgje there are also opportunities for frisbee golf and sauna rental (Anker Gaard) and there is a sand volleyball court 1 km from the house.

Boathouse by the lake in Sokn, Stavanger

The boathouse is brand new and part of the seaside house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunities. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the jetty. The boathouse is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the farm has 5 km of hiking trails.

Welcome to our family cabin. You can enjoy the nice view over the Lysefjord, special from the terrace. It is just a few minutes from the see, where you can take a bath. The cabin has a perfect location for a lot of hikings in the area: Preikestolen, Flørli, Kjerag and a lot of other places. It is only a few minutes by car to the Forsand quay, and departures for Flørli and Lysebotn.
