Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Statesville

We had a wonderful stay from May 20- May 25, 2025. Everything was just like the pictures promised. The sunroom & back porch with the rockers were great additions. Location was convenient to our family in Hickory, NC. Hopefully we will be able to stay there whenever we come to NC.

Karen was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. It was difficult to keep my granddaughter contained while in the house. Definitely nothing against the hosts but something to beware of if traveling with children. The house was beautiful and the bedrooms were all comfortable. If I find myself in the area again without children I would definitely book again.

We loved our stay at Taryn's place. It was so homey and clean. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. I would have loved to take advantage of the beautiful back patio by relaxing with a book, but time got away. We will not hesitate to stay again.

Renata’s place was perfect for us to enjoy the city, visit family and have a girls road trip. Lots of room, everything you need, even enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning. Would not hesitate to come back.

Great place to stay, super comfortable and felt right at home. Responsive host who checked in to make sure everything was great and would highly recommend a stay here. Great yard for pets as well and beautiful area to get away from the hustle of the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this sweet home—it was peaceful, comfortable, and incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed. As a family traveling with our 9-month-old, we were especially grateful for how baby-friendly the space was. Whether by design or happy accident, the setup worked great for our little one, and the high chair provided was a huge plus. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, and the house itself was clean, inviting, and thoughtfully prepared. It truly felt like a home away from home. When our plans changed unexpectedly, the host was flexible and accommodating, allowing us a slightly later check-out for a small fee. That kind of responsiveness made the experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again—especially for another family trip!

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. The kitchen was well appointed - had everything that we needed. The area was very quiet and private - felt safe arriving home after dark. Happy to recommend - would stay again.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. This apartment fit our needs really well. The building is really quiet and the amenities were nice. The apartment was quiet and we never really heard the neighbors. I think if the whole place was freshly painted and the carpet was replaced it would be ideal but would definitely stay again

We’ve stayed at this Jahan's place several times and keep coming back every time we visit Charlotte, it truly feels like our home away from home. The beautiful interior design, spotless cleanliness, and the warm, friendly hospitality of the host make it an easy choice for us. The location works perfectly for our needs, and having Camp North End nearby with its great food and drinks is a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, style, and convenience in Charlotte for short, mid or long stay.

Loved the 2nd Street Inn. It was a unique building, and very comfortable accommodation. Just what we were looking for. It was easy to walk to restaurants and breweries.

Our stay here was Awesome! It's exactly what we needed. The space was lovely, beautiful, and very peaceful. I was in town handling some stressful business and I was able to escape into an oasis at Jaime's house. Thank you so much for being accommodating to me and my family.

Easy to work with and easy to get into.

Kristin’s place is a great home base to explore Midtown Charlotte. There are lots of local things to do, eat, and see in close proximity, a grocery store is across the street for those who want to cook away from home, and the surrounding neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. I would strongly recommend this place and this host.

Clean and spacious, with great location! Enjoyed listening to the live band on Friday night, and didn’t have to venture outside of NoDa for anything I needed.

If you stay somewhere three nights and as you're packing to return to life in the real world and you have the thought, "I should make staying here an annual tradition" - there's really not much else to add by way of endorsement or review. 🙂

This is our second stay at Nicole's place. Five-star accommodations - squeaky clean, super comfortable beds, and we appreciate all the extra amenities (coffee, snacks, spices, etc.). The deck is the perfect place for a morning coffee or evening meal. Can't beat the location as you can walk to town, the outlet mall, and the trails at Cone Manor Park.

Linda's condo was exactly as it was described, and yes, the beautiful trees and scenery around it made it very peaceful. The condo is very welcoming, the furnishings made us feel right at home, and the location is great! Linda was always responsive and flexible during the process. It was a great experience! We will definitely be going back!

We had another great stay at Retreat on the Ridge! Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. The view is unbeatable and always our favorite part of our stay!
