Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Statesville

We loved our stay at Bunny and Jeff’s place and cannot wait to come back! It’s literally 10-15 mins from everything in downtown Boone, within minutes to 3 different grocery stores, yet extremely cozy and peaceful, away from it all. I loved relaxing on the front porch swing and all the wonderfully curated special touches throughout the home :-)

Home & property were stunning ! Beautifully decorated! Exceeded expectations! Loved the goats, duck & pups! Host was very responsive & helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great visit in this adorable spot right on the water. I was able to meet my new grandbaby and have a quick but relaxing visit. Would definitely stay here again! The courtesy snacks were a nice touch!

I definitely recommend staying at Tabitha’s BNB. Very clean and peaceful. I love to cook and there was everything I needed to cook. The home is very cozy and a great place to stay. I would definitely book with them again.

Duke's Place is an amazing find. We felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. This home is absolutely stunning!! It was relaxing to sit on the front porch, catch a breeze, and enjoy the beauty around us in such a private setting. Taylor was a great host. Correspondence was easy. She was quick to respond and friendly when we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

This was such a gorgeous place. I knew it was a cabin but I didn’t realize it would be a restored 1800’s home place cabin- that was such a great surprise. My family and I do reenactments in an 1800’s village in NC and have often thought about what it must be like to live in a house like that. When we arrived, we were blown away. They have done such an amazing job restoring it, while also preserving the history of the house. It’s just perfect. Old time feel, with modern day conveniences. We absolutely loved staying here. Hated to leave!

Wow, what a location right by the lake! We absolutely loved this accommodation. its tastefully decorated, calm, peaceful and private. the living space is sociable and the front porch allows you to enjoy the view of the lake, the birds and just the wonderful peaceful atmosphere. there are kyaks and paddle boards and a beautiful dining area on the jetty. Comfortable beds, pretty linen, great bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen make it feel top end. Clearly this place is loved by the owner and we recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil stay. we came to Charlotte for the Speedway but we're so happy we got out of town to explore the countryside and enjoy Lake Norman. Downtown Moorseville is about 20 mins away and was a lovely place for a bit if shopping and some nice coffee ☕️ Thank you Patricia. we highly recommend your beautiful place at Tranquility Cove x

Quick weekend trip with friends to the Hills of NC! Great getaway and Sarah's Place fit our vibe perfectly!!! Loved walking all over town from our location! Will stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners thought of everything - thoughtfully decorated and supplied with extra unexpected amenities! Very clean as well. And the location was great as we enjoyed the walking trails every morning and grabbing a bite to eat at the nearby restaurants. Highly recommend!

Staying here was such a hidden gem! The host was so accommodating from before we even made our reservation to any questions we had. We felt truly taken care of and at home. It was in the basement but honestly it felt like we were in our own apartment. It’s a beautiful place with vinyl records, a pool table and a beautiful shower. Would love to stay here again and am so grateful we had the chance to stay here! Will definitely hope to come back sometime ❤️

My husband and I were in town for a concert so we wanted a place that was convenient and walkable to the venue. Enya’s home was perfect. Safe, walkable to many places and clean! She made our stay very comfortable and stress free. Don’t hesitate to book if you need a nice place to stay in Charlotte! Lots of nice touches in the home. It really has everything you could need and more.

Great location on a quiet street very close to downtown area,. Long public walk/bike/run space right across the street….id come back just for that…

The main room is comfortable, spacious, and airy; there's plenty of space around the king-sized bed so as not to feel cramped in the least. There's also plenty of empty shelf space around the room so guests can spread out their books and stuff. The kitchen is simple but adequate, surprisingly well equipped with cooking tools and basics (e.g., colander, salt and pepper mill, olive oil) and well organized so everything can easily be found. The only issue for us was the gated road, most of which is not paved, leading to the house. The gravel road isn't a big deal; in fact, some guests might enjoy the privacy it affords. For us, it was just a minor consideration when arriving late at night, although we were really glad we had brought a flashlight so we could walk more easily from the parked car to the house. On a positive note, Tonya's detailed check-in description is awesome and super helpful, and the place is very comfortable.

This place exceeded our expectations! Very comfortable, clean and very convenient for our trip. There were even fresh flowers on the table when we arrived welcoming us in. We will definitely stay here again if needed when we ar in town. Thanks Dennis!

This is the second time that we’ve stayed here and it’s safe to say that we love it for big family gatherings! The host is very friendly and gave us an early check in and check out time. A beautiful house with a stunning view of the mountains. Not a far drive from blowing rock shops or downtown Boone, supermarkets etc. I’m sure we’ll be back again!

Ron and Martha were the perfect hosts for our family's Thanksgiving weekend. The house is stunning and the views breathtaking. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen which provided everything new needed to cook all weekend. Ron and Martha provided detailed directions and instructions for our arrival and parking and were super responsive to our questions. We look forward to being able to stay here again!

If I could give this condo a rating of 6 stars I would!! Larry and Pat went above and beyond with communication. The information left in the condo about the community, restaurant, and things to do was excellent. Their place is beautifully decorated. Most Airbnb’s are plain and minimal. Their place is tastefully decorated and very nicely furnished. The appliances in the kitchen were spotless and the kitchen was stocked with every possible dish, pan, glass or utensil you could ever need. Larry & Pat’s place is truly a “Home Away From Home.”

Very comfortable home for our stay. We had our 2 families of 4 (4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 7-16) and had plenty of room. Great location and easy to get to all restaurants and grocery stores within 10-15 minutes. Rented a boat for 2 days which was perfect and had a place off the side of the dock to tie up the boat we rented. House was as advertised and the views were fantastic. The dock was my kids favorite place to hang out and swim. We would absolutely rent here again in the future.

This house is a showplace. It is immaculate, beautiful, well appointed and a good location. Melanie is a great host. You can feel the love in her place. It is really nice. She was easy to work with, the house was clean, we lacked for nothing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very nice, spacious and again spotless. I would stay there again without hesitation.

We used the Air BnB as our wedding venue and had a wonderful time. Prior to the wedding, Irina was extremely responsive and Alex met me at the property twice so I could do a walk through before my big day.
