Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Staten Island

The host was pleasant. He was available in case you had any concerns. However there was no concerns. We had a great stay. His home is very welcoming after a long journey. I don’t frequently travel to NYC. But if and when I do this is where o will stay. It’s a safe, quiet neighborhood and the place is clean, and very comfortable. My daughter has a 5 month old and the house even had a baby crib. Mr. Imtiaz, house supply your every need. A great stay for the price. We really appreciate him for being so caring to provide for his guests nothing bad or disappointing can be said about this AIRBNB. Martha and her husband were perfect hosts! The house is beautiful and was a perfect location to visit family for us.. She always had food in the fridge and coffee made to start our day! Being natives to Staten Island, they were very helpful in finding good places to eat and activities to do! We will definitely be back again!

Taz was extremely punctual with her communication and also understood my late arrival and very early departure. This was a great find and I will use again depending on my travel needs.

Place was clean and super close to the airport a busy noisey . Luis was responsive and even allowed us early checkin

The place was very clean and as described. Great communication with Susan and fast to respond. We had an issue with another guest that was talking and playing music late at night after the quiet hours described in the rules. Susan resolved this quickly and asked us to keep her informed if needed. This was a plus as a good host. Great stay overall.

Super friendly, super flexible and responsive with some unexpected troubles with flights and traveling. Fantastic host, and great spot for a greater price!

Great place to stay for short notice very accommodating.

From the first step inside, we instantly fell in love. The place has a peaceful homey feeling to step away from the busy city life. Everything inside was super clean and well put together. Leah was also super responsive and ready to help with anything. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay again if we are in the area!

Great place to stay while visiting family. As I grew up in the area I know my way around, but easy to get around for anyone! The bay is a beautiful site when you walk up the block. There are many places to visit in walking distance as well as plenty of transportation choices withing walking distance. Plenty of places to eat as well, with many different choices of food. Nice private quite apartment, I will be staying again in the Fall.

This BnB was awesome! My husband and I visited from out of state for an event and this place was in a perfect location. A short walk from Liberty State Park, it was exactly as described. The place itself was beautiful, and the bed was so comfortable. We would absolutely stay again! (:

There was a lovely welcome package with a note, cookies and water awaiting us. They texted through Airbnb to make sure our stay was going well and we didn't need anything. Staying here was honestly such a dream! I felt right at home the second I stepped in. The place was comfortable, clean and super spacious! Such a wonderful stay will definitely come again! Anthony was an amazing host with fantastic communication.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

Great apartment in a nice area of Hoboken. We used this as a base for our trip to New York so did not spend much time at the place but the location is great, you are close to the station (10-15 minute walk) which takes you to Manhattan Midtown or the Financial District at World Trade Centre. The area in Hoboken is also very nice, you are nearby the Hoboken waterfront which offers great views of Manhattan and an opportunity to slow down from fast pace of Manhattan. Further you are next to Washington Street, which has lots of restaurants and bars, we particularly enjoyed starting the day with Bagels on the Hudson. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. AJ was always quick to respond for any questions we had. Overall, would recommend.
