Beachfront holiday rental in Staten Island

Everything was exactly as described. Will stay again!

We were there for a funeral. One family member came in from Hawaii, one from Washinton, and one from Califirnia. The apartment was cozy, well-appointed, and literally a block from the beach. The nearby grocery store and eateries was helpful. Would we stay there again? Absolutely.

It was cozy yet spacious. It caused an all out homemade hot chocolate w marshmallow, movie night with the whole family. We'd grab a different great breakfast sandwich 3 min away daily. Everything is just an exit or a block away. I would love to stay here again.

Had a wonderful weekend away from the city in Long Beach. Airbnb was in a quiet area close to the beach and easy to get to the LIRR & west end. Jenna was super kind and responsive. We will be back!

We had a great time! 5 guys stayed over after a fishing trip and had a great time, the kitchen was well appointed and the house really had everything. The propane fire pit was a hit!

Arthur was quick and easy to communicate from the beginning of starting our vacation search. He gave simple helpful check in and check out instructions. Nice location, walkable to 1 of 3 beaches wecfound in the area. Arthur helped do research on a great Thai restaurant, suggested sites to see, etc and was always pleasant just to chat with.

Joseph was extremely helpful during our stay and made himself available to help us as needed with any problems that occurred. Would highly recommend Joseph as a host!

The house was beautiful and even nicer than the pictures. We loved the pool and the beach was right there. Tim was super responsive- especially around check in time. Would easily stay there again next time i am im the area !

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home near New York City. Comfortably furnished and pleasantly decorated, with a well furnished kitchen and there were even games for the kids. The host was responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful views of the harbor filled with sailboats from the park next door and my kids loved the playground too!

John was a great host. His place was very clean and had great amenities. John is very responsive, helpful, and kind. He was a great host and we really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in New Rochelle or somewhere nearby - we were in town due to a wedding so it was a great location. We made trips to manhattan as well - getting to the train station was quick and easy via uber and there are walkable spots like an Irish pub or deli nearby.

We booked the unit for a weekend wedding in Monmouth Beach. We needed ample space for the bride and her large wedding party to get ready. The photographer was able to take advantage of the natural light and beautiful river views.

Anil’s place was a great stay. I wouldn’t have chosen a better place for us bridesmaids to spend the weekend while we prepare for the wedding. Thank you for being a great host.

Our stay here was great! The place was clean and looked just like the photos! It was located in a nice quiet neighborhood and was right on the beach. The only thing to note is that it is attached to another unit, and the quiet hours are important for that reason. The air conditioning while we stayed was finicky. It could have been user error, but one night it was very hot and I came to find the temperature had reset itself to very warm. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a getaway on the beach!

Beautiful place! I spent a week at Robert's place with my wife, setting up my office and laptops there. I got to watch the bay and swans floating down it while working. I got DoorDash, Amazon, and Total Wine deliveries while I stayed there and all were seamless. The location is easily found. TV was great in the den area. We watched a couple of movies on Prime. Perfect location, outside the craziness of mainland Long Island. I loved it! Would love to stay again.

I grew up on Long Island and had never been to Bayville. What a hidden gem! Private quiet road close to a few restaurants and a convenience store. The water view was lovely although the weather didn’t cooperate. Donna was helpful when I needed an iron and ironing board, which really helped myself and my husband when we needed to touch up clothes for a wedding we attended. I highly recommend her cute place!

We rented this AirBnB for my parents, who were in town visiting from Texas. It was an absolutely adorable space!! Chic, modern, clean, and perfect location!! Our host was very communicative and super accommodating. Everything was perfect!! We will definitely rent this house again!!! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Sea Bright!

Ernie was very responsive. The house was beautiful and clean. Matched the pictures. All the rooms are on the second floor and the first floor was rented out separately. We originally thought the listing was the whole house but it’s just the second floor which had everything we needed a living area, kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, and back balcony. Had no interaction with any other tenants. Ernie was a great host, recommend him to any one looking to stay in an Airbnb. The neighborhood felt safe and the views were gorgeous. We had four vehicles and there was plenty of street parking close to the house.
