We had a lovely stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt safe, with easy access to the light rail—only about 30 minutes to Lower Manhattan. A great base for exploring New York while enjoying some calm at the end of the day. Would definitely stay again

The apartment was super clean and the bedding smelled really fresh. The neighborhood felt nice and everything was easy to access. The host let me know in advance about construction across the street, but I barely noticed it. Overall, a great stay!

This space was comfortable for our intergenerational family’s visit to NY. The walk to the Path trains made getting to and from NYC very convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and the space is just as lovely as the pictures show. Do note there is a steep flight of stairs right as you enter the Airbnb. Overall, it’s a much better choice than pricey NYC hotels and the full kitchen is great for preparing meals and snacks to save on food costs! We all loved this place!

It's a great apartment, beautiful, modern, in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. David is a very good host. Responds very quickly, helpful instructions, we were allowed to check-in earlier and check out later. I recommend :)

Really easy to navigate. Central to a lot of things. Really enjoyed going to Birdy’s across the street for a drink at night. Safe and walkable neighborhood. Beautiful space where I felt relaxed and right at home! Bonus points because the bed was so so comfortable:)

We really enjoyed our stay at the Airbnb hosted by City Breeze in Bayonne, NJ. The whole place was meticulous and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The Host was very attentive and responded to our inquiries expeditiously. The Host provided helpful information about the city and surrounding areas to make our vacation more enjoyable and memorable. The place really feels like home. We would highly recommend vacationers to book their stay with City Breeze.

A luxury to stay here. The host was attentive at all times, with effective and very helpful suggestions. So too, she made sure everything was fine and we didn't lack anything. Regarding the place, very beautiful, new and cared for. Also, there were many complimentary rich treats that are perfect and very timely when one arrives tired of so much travel. In the future, we will pick it again. Also, very close 1 block from where the buses pass and a few minutes from the best part of Manhattan. I recommend!!

We just got home from enjoying a week long stay at Troy’s place. From booking our stay, to checking in, to checking out and all the time in between Troy was very gracious with his time. It felt like making plans with a friend which is the kind of interaction you want when spending time in an unfamiliar place. The place itself was spacious for my husband and our two teenage kids. The beds and pillows were comfy, the shower water was hot even as the last one showered for the evening. Troy had a brita water jug that was perfect for filling our waters for the day which was nice. We mostly ate out, but it seemed there were enough kitchen items to cook and eat in if one would prefer that option. One of the main reasons we booked Troy’s place was the proximity to Journal Square Terminal. It was an easy walk and we felt safe doing it every morning and night. We enjoyed our food and walking to Philippine Bread House, Toasted Bagel and Deli, Wealth Kitchen, Larry and Joe’s Pizzeria and Bay.

She was an amazing host, very fast to reply to any question, also very friendly, the location is very peaceful and safe, you can enjoy the amazing views of Manhattan from the room.

The location of this stay is amazing! There is a beautiful view of the city line just outside the building door. Walkable to the ferry and a 20min car ride into the city. Great location for a group of 6! I would highly recommend walking to bagels on pine (10min walk from the Airbnb) for breakfast.

The home was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged, with clear instructions throughout. We loved the calming living room view of the spacious lawn and trees. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore.

It was a safe and peaceful village. Convenience stores are close by, and there are Korean grocery stores, CVS, and restaurants within walking distance. It's close to the bus stop, and you can go to PABT without transferring. Above all, the host is very friendly.
