Definitely a place to go If you are on business and you need to place to stay closer. If you want to have a "self-cation", alone time away from spouse and kids. The host was very respectful, very nice! The place was immaculate. Side entrance. it is private section of the house. My husband and I did a get away date night there. It was great, however it is a home overall. We treated our date adult night like we were in our home with the kids 😂. Bed is comfortable for sleeping. Definitely recommend for a peace, quiet, Zen get away. If you looking for 50 shades, or Vegas activities, you can't do that there. If you do book place, be respectful. You behave like you are short staying with family. My grandma passed, she definitely gave my husband and I nostalgia when we were 19. Literally We willingly spent 20-30 mins of our "date away" Having a conversation with her outside at 2am, and with a bnb time is money. That's saying something.

The place is in a nice neighborhood. LIRR station of about a 10 minute walk (15 with a 6 year old). The house was exactly as described. There was an issue with the dryer while I was there but the host went lot of his way to get our laundry done for the week we were there. 10/10 will definitely check if Gregory’s place is available next time in in NYC.

Good spot for a long weekend! Nice location with plenty to do in the immediate vicinity and the F/G around the corner. Travis was responsive and flexible with arrival/departure times, which we appreciated.

This home exceeded my expectations and the expectations of my friends. We were so in awe of the beauty and cleanliness of the home as well as the friendliness of our host. The refrigerator was filled with water, all the bathrooms had toiletries. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back soon. I can't say enough good things about this home and our host.

Such a beautiful house! Natalia's place was the perfect home to share with my group of friends as we came back to Princeton for our 35th Reunion. The space is welcoming, the bedrooms cozy, and the location super close to Princeton. Highly recommend!!

The apartment is excellent! We very much enjoyed our stay and would be glad to visit again. It is spacious, well equipped with all items for all occasions, and nicely decorated. Everything was very clean and convenient. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet only a 10-minute easy drive from Princeton.

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

The apartment is very nice and well equipped. The building has several amenities and access is very convenient. The walk to the train station is short and from this station you can travel frequently to New York City and various destinations in New Jersey and other states. What's more, the building is very close to Rutgers University. The apartment is located in a quiet area of New Brunswick and very close to restaurants and cafes. The hosts responded immediately to my questions, giving me excellent service. I highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property! The pool was amazing, water features on the property really gave it an amazingly peaceful feeling. House was comfortable, with newer bathrooms and a wonderful kitchen. Highly recommend Jake, and this property!

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. What can you say that hasn't been already said by previous reviewers. John's house in Freeport is a gem. Perfect getway for weekend for our family. We were greeted by a nice bottle of wine and a generous basket of snacks (always a nice touch). The house was spacious and super clean. The beds were extremely comfy and the kitchen was well equipped for anything you may need. So many fun things we really didn't get to take advantage of (Tiki Room, fire pit etc..). But the crowning jewel is the location on the water. If you just want a place to sit and relax as the sun rises or sets (yes you get to see both from the back deck) this is your place. John was a gracious and responsive host. We hope to be back next year.

Our stay at Haithum’s home was great! We had 3 couples and small dog in for a wedding near by. His place was extremely clean and nicely renovated. It was very comfortable and great amaenties through out. Plenty of towels and blankets which is not usually the case at most ABnB’s. Haithum was very responsive to the 2 requests we had and took care of them right away. Would definitely stay here again.

This was my second time staying in the NYC area. The first time, I stayed right in NYC, which carried the price tag and noise level you would expect. This time, I was looking for something quieter that would still give me easy access to NYC, and I found that here. At about 1.5 mi from Newark Penn Station, it's not realistically walkable, but it's a quick drive or reasonable Uber to/from the station. There are PATH trains and NJ Rail trains that go between Newark and NYC regularly. On days I didn't go into NYC, I relaxed and worked from the AirBnb, and I found this place very relaxing. The couch in particular was super comfy; definitely great for sleeping, even for a tall person. There's also a rollaway, so you could sleep 4 if 2 are sharing a bed. Everyone in the building was very nice. There was occasional noise inside and outside of the building, and a few things I'll suggest to improve at the apartment, but overall, this was a great experience and I'll consider staying again.

The apartment looks exactly like the photos. It is clean, well appointed and perfect for anyone seeking a space that is good for work as well as relaxation. The location is pretty quiet and decent access to main highways, which is what I was looking for. Just wish there were more interesting restaurants within walking distance but everything is less than 10 mins away by car. I highly recommend.

My experience with this location: **0.5 mi walk (or Lyft ride) from light rail. Then via the exchange to the train, takes 1-1.5 hours to NYC. **Firm mattresses (more than my preferred firmness, but a good bed overall; a bit low for my tastes) **EXACTLY as pictured **Small parking garage is the entire bottom floor where we had a designated parking spot (probably around 16 spaces, I didn’t count) **Elevator up to the floor no stairs to walk **Good A/C **Close to restaurants and a well-known chain store nearby. **Closet doors may stick but are unlocked, good space. **Has basic plates/utensils, even some spices **Good communication **Very clean **Needs blinds or black out curtains in bedroom windows - so bring your eye mask! **Fridge has good ice **Showers- water pressure is okay, but doesn’t drain quickly (not sure there’s much the host can do to change that) **Could use a luggage rack in the bedrooms **Big tv in bedrooms Overall a great stay, as advertised. Excellent Stay – Thoughtful Hosts and Great Location I had a very pleasant stay with Shelly and Abe. They thoughtfully prepared everything I might need—coffee, snacks, cooking oil, laundry pods, and more. Most hosts only provide the basics, but I didn’t have to buy anything extra myself this time. They even left a bottle of red wine, which made me feel especially welcome. The location is also very convenient—just a 5-minute walk to Newark Penn Station. If you're heading to downtown Jersey City or Manhattan, the PATH train is the most common and efficient option. There are also some light rail stations nearby, though I didn’t use them during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this place—especially for those who plan to cook or need easy access to public transportation.

Levi's Airbnb was great! Newly finished, very clean and comfortable bed. Only drawback was the cleaning agent used prior to us arriving was very heavily scented and caused us to need to open the windows for 6-8 hrs after our arrival. Everything else was wonderful but if you are smell sensitive you might have an issue
