The rooms include a separate kitchen, wetroom, double bedroom, and a dining room/2nd bedroom. The rooms are downstairs and accessed through the main house. There is off street parking, and secure bike accommodation. Beautiful rural location by River Sow and Two Saints way, just 2 miles from town centre and train station and minutes from the Staffordshire showground.

Local attractions: Peak District National Park, Trentham gardens, Monkey World, Potteries, Waterworld & Stoke Ski slope. Within walking distance are Pubs/restaurants, shops and country rambles. The studio style is a combined lounge bedroom, kitchen/dining area , double bed,sofa bed & ensuite.

However it is secluded and quiet. 30 degree heating available should it be required! !There is parking outside the front door overnight, outdoor seating area. Fully equipped kitchen, washer drier, 48 in TV Sky Q with movies and sky sports, Netflix and Disney plus, coffee machine, DVD player. All bedding and towels provided along with tea coffee, sugar and condiments, cooking oil, washing liquids etc
