Well maintained cosy separate residence with secure parking, 1m from motorway & walking distance to Stafford town centre (20 mins) - close to local amenities (gym/ restaurants / supermarket / launderette / bowling / laser tag). The coach house is an annexe in the gardens of our house with a double bedroom on the mezzanine level. Downstairs, a king size sofa bed in the lounge, well equipped kitchenette and bathroom with good shower and bath. 2 SMART TVs with 2 DVD players & Fibre wifi.

The Reading Room is a beautiful, self-contained period annexe set in a small, peaceful village on the edge of the Peak District and within easy reach of Alton Towers (11 miles/20 minute drive) . Latham Hall is a large 19th century farmhouse located near the hamlet of Calton on the South West edge of the Peak District National Park, close to Dovedale, Ilam and the Manifold Valley. The possibilities for walking and cycling in this area are magnificent. The farmhouse stands a few hundred yards from the main Leek - Ashbourne road, the A52, so is easily accessible, yet it is also close to many of the main attractions of the area.
