Die Wohnung ist knapp 55m2 groß und liegt weserseitig in einem Turm des s.g. 'Columbus-Centers'. Sie wurde im Sommer 2010 komplett renoviert und eingerichtet.

Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

Forest property (2000 sqm) with wooden cabin (50 sqm). The property is wild and not cultivated. In the cabin there is central heating. In addition, it can be heated with a wood-burning stove. For professional handling there is a detailed description. Each wood basket costs EUR 10. Please leave the money in the hut. Bed linen/towels are included in the rental price. Harưand is located in the middle of the Weser. The cottage is located at the southern end of the island and can be easily reached via a bridge. To get to the beach, only the island road has to be crossed. At low tide, there is the possibility of extensive hikes such as the North Sea. Bremen, Bremerhaven and Oldenburg can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. On the island there is a beach with gastronomy from March to October. Shopping 6-8 km away.

Our cozy cottage is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus conservatory). A Netto is within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is just a minute away, and Wulsdorf train station is a 5-minute walk away. Bremerhaven city center or the dyke can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.
