Holiday rentals with a pool in Srima

We had a beautiful stay in such a lovely villa! Location is ideally between the airport and the old town with a harbour and beach within walking distance as well as local supermarkets.

We had a great stay and experience at the villa. We were a family of 7 adults and a child and there was something for everyone. A clean and beautiful swimming pool, a pool table, a table tennis and a playground. This is a very spacious villa with two independent levels. The main kitchen was outside providing extra socialising space. Actually this is where we spent most of our time. Very calm area in a country side. You will need a car to move around with the closest supermarket and fish shop at 15 minutes drive. Very nice restaurants on the coast and surrounding villages. Our experience went beyond our expectations and we are seriously thinking of coming back. The checkin was very easy with clear instructions with the host waiting for us despite a delayed and late arrival. Always available to answer any question. A wonderful experience and thank you Ante.

We, a family of seven, were in this beautiful house for ten days. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and felt very comfortable right away. The two apartments we rented are very modern, chic and in an extremely good condition. The amenities are very good and hospitable. We didn't miss anything. What irritated us a bit at first was that the two apartments have no connection to each other. We didn't have that on our radar, but we found a good solution for us. The location is great, you can quickly reach Split or Trogir and everything you need is within 5-10 minutes by car. There are also some good restaurants. The sea and a very good and cheap bakery are right outside the door. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the kids loved the heated pool. We absolutely recommend the place and would book again immediately.

Toni was very helpful and friendly. We were 10 there. The place is 15 minutes from Zadar - Uber come (98% of cases). Otherwise there is practically nothing in the village, but perfect for days by the beautiful pool! We had a great time!

We had an amazing stay at this spacious Airbnb. The property is large, private, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The house is nicely furnished, clean, and has all the amenities you need. The peaceful surroundings offer a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The private garden and pool are ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. The location is excellent, close to charming villages and scenic spots, yet wonderfully quiet. However, you should have a car to get around. Marjan was very friendly and provided great local tips. Highly recommend for a relaxing, rejuvenating stay!

Snjeza is a super nice host. He responds quickly to questions and very nice that he makes his own olive oil and vegetables available from his own garden. Lovely house. Due to the nice weather, the swimming pool and jacuzzi were used a lot. The sports field was also super nice! From the house you can easily reach many activities. Nice change between staying "home" and going out!

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Cozy stay in a great apartment. We had a rental car and were glad we had this. The pool was not able to keep warm enough temperature during this time of year. Very nice landlords.

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Elena's place is fantastic. It's the second time we've stayed, we had the 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed and the double room off the courtyard, perfect for a family of four and my mum. Courtyard is lovely to sit out in and private. Pool is brilliant to cool down in, the boys loved it. Location is brilliant for bars, restaurants and the front. The place is spotless and has lots of character. Definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed our week in Zadar and the apartment was ideal. Walkable location to the old town and with plenty of local restaurants and seaside walks. Fabulous pool and outdoor kitchen. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Tomislav's. We used the sofa bed, which we could have indicated in advance. We also enjoyed the terrace outside. You will be on the beach from here in no time, where when we were there, the sea was still fine for swimming. Swimming shoes or something at your feet is important. The bus is nice and close and if you buy your tickets in advance very cheap.

Great place to stay to visit the Croatian coast. Preferably need a car if you want to get around to the national parks and cities but it's really centrally located so no long drives needed. If you're just into swimming, the beach is only a 5 minute walk away (and there's also the pool of course). Slavko and his wife also make delicious food to enjoy on the top-side terrace. Possibilities for boat trips, sight seeing, walking are endless. Really a place to recommend !

The owner is very welcoming, the house is very well located, very clean and functional, in a quiet location with a great view. A beautiful cove is a 1 minute walk away. A few minutes by car there is a tourist area with everything you need ( restaurants, bars, shops...). Only thing to pay attention to, if you are 4 or less you rent only one house and not both, in this case the outside and the pool can be shared with other people in the other house.

My family and I had a great time here! We were 6 adults and two small kids. The play area was great for the kids and there was also a nice sitting area outside for the adults. Everything was spotless and nicely decorated. It showed that the owners put much effort into making the house feel welcoming and cozy. The kitchen was big enough and we had everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and quick to respond. I would 100% recommend this vacation house for families with kids.

Absolutly amazing place. Exactly same as on photos. Private and cleaned house, covered parking inside garden, grill, swimming pool was cleaned every morning. Close to shops and also walking dostance to city center and beach. Owners were really sweet and kind. We loved this place and would definitly come back once again.

A great house, very comfortable for 6, lovely pool. Large supermarket 5 mins walk and about 20 mins walk to the beach and town centre.

The accommodation at Snježana was simply perfect! It has modern furnishings and a wonderful pool. We felt completely at home. Snježana was always friendly and helpful and gave us great tips for the surrounding area. As a special highlight, the accommodation had a delicious olive oil from its own production waiting for us. We will definitely be back!

We had a really nice stay! The host was most welcome and accommodating, our flight came in late and was no problem to check in at a later time. The pictures doesnt give the accommodation justice it was much better irl! The area was really nice aswell with walking distance to everything, nice restaurants and placeses to buy drinks and food.
