This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone. Distance from the center of Split & Trogir is 20min. , Airport SPLIT (SPU) and yacht marine 10min. , beach and sea 7min. The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.

Completed in 2019, the apartment sleeps up to 4 people. Inside, a total area of about 50 m² is at your disposal. There is a spacious living room including a modern kitchen with fridge incl. freezer, stove, toaster, coffee maker, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the living area you have free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and air conditioning. Towels, soap, etc. are provided in the bathroom. The terrace has a sea view and is 20 square meters.

Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.
