This accommodation can accommodate 4 people (+2 children or teenagers on a sofa bed for an extra charge) Ideal for families or groups of friends, the house is located in a quiet area, less than 2 km from the center of Vodice and its marina, 1/4 hour by car from the beautiful city of Sibenik, 23 km from the famous Krka Falls and less than 1 hour by car from the major cities of Zadar and Split and their airports.

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

This more than 120 years old stone house was renovated with care in 2021/22. Goal was to provide maximum comfort and relaxation trough carefully designed indoor - outdoor space. During the warm part of the year our ancestors found the outdoor space as a living room with most of the everyday life happening in the yard so we took that as our main guideline on how to create a quality stay for our guests.
