Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Springfield

What an amazing respite! This rustic loft is a welcomed change fom the uniformity of hotel travel. I gave us a feeling of calm, versus the normal "Let's Get Out of this room," feeling. We brought out teenager with us, so the additional room was fantastic, they had their own space to be with us while being private. The eclectic music selection fit right into the vibe of the house. For our first visit to Eugene, and having now experienced the city, this was the perfect place to stay.

Beautiful home with a lot of fun unique things included, especially loved the hangout room with ping pong and putting! Great place, super clean, exactly as described, you can tell the hosts care a lot about their home and their guests. Even came with a list of local food spots!

The cottage was a cozy and convenient location for our Eugene stay for our daughter’s UO graduation. It is walking distance (20 min) to Autzen and there’s a shopping center with some nice dining options only two blocks away. While it’s close to things ( also a short drive to downtown Eugene and campus), it’s tucked into a lovely and quiet neighborhood perfect for morning strolls. The cottage itself is cute, clean and well equipped. Definitely recommend!

McKenzy was an amazing host. Super responsive to MANY questions and super accommodating to our multigenerational group for our son's UO graduation. Beds were comfy and the home was comfortable. Loved the outdoor space. If we come back to Eugene we will be back. Highly recommend for a wonderful and peaceful stay. Thank you, McKenzy, for everything!!

Recommend highly! Great accommodation in a serene environment. Close to restaurants and things to do in Eugene. This is a unique house that incorporates great design and comfortable furnishings. Joe was easy to communicate with and provided detailed directions. Really enjoyed our stay.

The house was beautiful, clean, comfy, had amazing views, and close to lots of restaurants. It was plenty of space for our family. We would definitely stay here again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this “Little Wing”—truly perfect in every way. The space was stocked with all the amenities I needed, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The bed was so cozy, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and inviting, like a true home away from home. The design of the house was beautifully done, with high-end finishes that added a touch of elegance throughout. Tiffany and her husband were very hospitable and a pleasure to work with, making the experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautifully appointed retreat!

I was in Eugene for a track meet. Lorissa’s place was perfect! It was walking distance to UO. The apartment was clean and the complex was safe and quiet. Lorissa was very responsive. I will definitely stay there again.

A wonderful apartment. All of the amenities that you need. Super comfortable bed and the futon was comfortable as well - which is a rarity! The cleanest AirBnB we have ever stayed in! We will definitely be back.

Kate’s property was full of fun this time of year with all the Halloween decorations! It’s a beautiful setting and has everything we needed in the house.

Ann's place is the perfect retreat for those looking for a quiet location but close to many city activities plus great hiking trails. This was our second stay at Ann's place and we have another month booked later this summer. we highly recommend Ann's retreat.

Very clean and cute. Enjoyed our brief stay after going to a Duck game. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!

We were staying so we could go to concert in Eugene. It was super easy check in, host responded very quickly and spacious for two of us. We loved the recliners to watch tv as we were so tired after the concert. Within walkable distance was Nanna’s cafe- the cinnamon roll was huge and it was excellent. Enjoyed our stay and hoping next time to stay longer.

Cute place! We stayed for my daughter’s graduation and there was enough room for the 4 of us. We arrived after hours and she left the light on for us. We had fun exploring the neighborhood - there are many little free libraries, plus we found a coffee shop that opened early and a bakery nearby for breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming home on Lawrence Street in Eugene. The unit was one of four in a beautifully maintained older house, and it had everything we needed — a cozy bedroom, a pull-out couch, a full kitchen, and even a private enclosed porch that made the space feel extra special. The host was incredibly kind and understanding, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. The house itself had such a local, lived-in feel — like we were part of the neighborhood. Plus, having restaurants just steps away made everything super convenient. Overall, it was the perfect home base for exploring Eugene. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming spot with character and a great location.

A great place to stay. Gigi was great to communicate with and very helpful when I wanted to change my reservation. The house was very nice and just what we needed. I would stay again for sure.

Stayed here about 10 days. Older property, but tasteful. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping. We were on the go everyday, all day so having a comfortable place to sleep was nice. Kitchen appliances worked fine. No mold or mildew that we noticed anywhere. Very affordable, so for us a great value. Would definitely stay there again. Austin was a great host.

This is the second time I have stayed at Kalmia Condo and it probably won’t be the last. Excellent location, very cute place and nice neighborhood.

Very responsive, took care of the initial minor glitches. The place is great, there were 4 of us staying there and it worked well. The kitchen had all the necessary pans and spatulas, etc. Great to have a parking spot right there. Very quiet area and very conveniente.
