Welcome to the Piccolo Cottage. Nicely remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage close to the bike path, The Whit and 5th Street Public Market . This 550 sqft. home is located on a quiet residential street. Driveway has room for 2 cars, plenty of street parking. Can accommodate up to 4 people, couch can make out into a bed. 15 min from the Eugene Airport. Pet Friendly, but the yards are not fenced. We are close to a park to walk your dogs. This wooden cabin has a vaulted wooden ceiling and bamboo floors. Camp Creek flows past the deck to the Siuslaw River. Beautiful tranquil forest vistas are there to inspire you to write your novel. Inside amenities are brand new, including a Wi-fI dishwasher, oven, washer and dryer, microwave, wall-mounted swivel TV, and a ductless heat pump. A spacious bathroom has a glass shower, toilet, and vanity basin with large mirrors. There is a beautiful cedar deck with gas BBQ, railing, and two gates.

Classy Studio 3 blocks to UofO, King Bed

Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).
