Our condo is 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1272 sq ft. We have a "No Pet", "No Children" Policy. The reason is that the condo is best suited for adults only, and some of our guests have pet allergies. Just one block from Old Town Florence. Condo has a deck with gas BBQ. There is a 46" TV, DVD , Roku and free WIFI. Master bedroom has a King Bed, large walk-in shower. The Guest room has a Queen bed. We also offer discounts for guests staying weekly (7+nights) or monthly (28+ nights)

Enjoy the river views from your own private patio off of the master bedroom, perfect for relaxation.

Kalmia Cottage is a private 550 sq ft cottage and you don't share any part of the cottage or yard. It has a living room, one bedroom, eat-in kitchen & bath. Also a fenced in yard and patio with BBQ grill . It sleeps 4 with a queen bed in the one bedroom and a queen convertible couch Digital TV and free wifi. The Cottage is very tastefully decorated and has all linens. The fully stocked kitchen has full size appliances and all dishes, pans and small appliances, and washer/dryer.
