Just a few block walk to U of O, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight arena, & Autzen Stadium, this quaint 2 bed, 1 bath home has a beautiful kitchen, stocked with everything you need to cook, or just warm up food. There is a lovely four season sun porch and outside barbecue to enjoy. Off street parking is adjacent to the cottage.

Studio 88 is a high-end studio apt. just 3 blocks from campus in the area’s best UofO neighborhood. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and quiet. It is an entirely separate 400sf living space with complete privacy. There is a King bed with high-end luxury mattress, full kitchen and private outdoor space. There is no carpet and we clean all counter and other such surfaces with disinfectant for each guest. Great restaurant options are just a short walk away. We do not allow dogs (sorry).

The two bedrooms both have large windows providing great natural light. A recently remodeled bathroom and a den/office/TV room, along with a hallway kitchenette, finish off the suite. Renters share off street parking and a shaded seasonal private deck and yard.
