Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Oregon

James’s home is one of the nicest Air B’nBs I’ve ever rented. Everything was immaculately clean, well-appointed, comfortable, and James was easy to communicate with. The kitchen has everything one could need, the bed was like a cloud, the hot tub was perfection, and the large wall of windows overlooking the beach are even more impressive in person. Would love to come back for another visit in the future.

Was lucky to snag this place so close to the long weekend. Beautiful location right on the river and far enough away from any neighbors and the road that it feels like you are all by yourself. Well stocked kitchen and good water pressure/hot water. We were also successful in catching a couple of trout! Hope to be back soon.

This might be the best appointed Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Some places have a random assortment of kitchen/bedroom/bathroom items, but this house was stocked. It was super comfortable and the views are amazing. Highly recommend.

Ashley’s place was absolutely beautiful. Nestled in nature, the place transported us into another world as soon as we parked and stepped inside. Few things that stood out: - the place feels very private - lovely stream flowing through and behind the property adds to the charm - wide open space for dogs to run around and just take a walk - thoughtful touches to make the place dog friendly - toys, water bowl etc - couch expands to a bed and was very comfy - minimal but well stocked kitchen - lovely deck where we enjoyed dinner and breakfast and even watched a mama bird feed her babies in the nest on the tree right in front of the deck The home is also less than an hour away from beautiful Umpqua waterfall trails (Toketee falls) and an hour fifteen from hot springs. Our stay was the beginning of a three week road trip. It was a wonderful way to start. The Apt was perfect for our needs. Very nicely appointed, very comfortable and quiet. We stayed here the evening of our engagement and it was absolutely incredible. My fiancé was blown away by the place when we pulled up. It’s at the top of the hill and had the most incredible view of the mountain landscape. We had wine and enjoyed the sunset that evening on the deck. The pictures do not do it justice at all. Jamie and Megan were also super helpful in setting up custom requests. Thanks for making our engagement so memorable!

Secluded and peaceful, with big windows and a beautiful view. Inside, the furnishings were clean, comfortable, and updated. I spent a lot of time sitting outside in the lush lawn area with a cup of tea. Perfect for one or two travelers who want a taste of the green Tillamook countryside. Great alternative to the hotel accommodations in the area for business travelers!

Absolutely wonderful place & hosts. Susan and her husband were more than welcoming, and had a lot of great suggestions for us as far as what to do around the area. Gorgeous view, cozy place, all around a great stay.

Perfect hotel-esque room in a charming neighborhood! Super close to so many restaurants and things to do. Danielle was responsive and proactive during our stay.

This was the most peaceful and serene vacation I’ve ever had. Patrick was so sweet and we loved running into him but he was also super respectful of our time and privacy. The property was so incredibly beautiful. The amenities provided were amazing, not to mention the heated floors!! Brookings is such a beautiful place, and staying at this airbnb felt like the perfect way to experience it. We really appreciated the little binder full of recommendations. I wish I could give 10 stars, we hope to be back again.

Charming 1 bedroom with comfy large bed and thoughtful touches. View was incredible and access to the beach couldn’t be easier. Tide was low and right in front were multiple tide pools with anemones and other sea life. Having breakfast on the balcony to the sound of crashing waves is a nice treat.

The place is very quiet and cozy!! We had a great time and the view is wonderful!! Nice and easy to get to the beach!

Our stay at Leah's place was wonderful. The balcony overlooking the beach and ocean was the highlight. Being so close to all the restaurants in Nye Beach is also a huge benefit. This Airbnb was by far the most well-stocked unit I have ever stayed in. If you accidentally forget anything, you can bet that Leah has thought of it and you can find it there. Thank yiou so much for a wonderful stay. Will definitely be back!

The setting couldn't be better. It had everything we needed. It was practically our own beach. (We were right there before Memorial Day - beaches were almost empty.) Stunning unobstructed views. My foot expert told me to do barefoot walks on the beach + get my feet in the ocean. (I've had issues with my feet). Very healing. The sunsets were NUTS. Last time we stayed in this building (different unit), we were treated to two sightings of a bald eagle gliding over the beach on our last day. I was hoping that would happen again -it did. That's a well-trained eagle - this time landing in the creek that empties into the sea. It hit its mark perfectly! 🙃 Maybe rubber-backed mats in the bathrooms. We kept bunching them up. Maybe change the sign by the door? This may be our last visit to this marvelous place, as our knees are going south. We are ancient! PERFECT place for people with good knees. Our dumb knees are the only thing that would keep us away. Maybe with PT we'll be back! 🌊🌊🌊

Amazing view! Very comfortable for our family of 3. We loved the quiet area and the beach that had lots of pretty views and great for walking! Michelle was super responsive to my messages and very sweet. We loved it!

What a sweet, comfortable little place! We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is centrally located steps from town, and it was great walking to the coffee shop, the market, and the amazing taco truck, La Vaquita. The Mosier Plateau trail is right across the street, and the Memaloose and Rowena Crest trails are a short drive away. Things to note: there’s a lot of traffic whizzing by on the highway out front, so this isn’t a fully immersive nature experience. Once you get used to the cars, the views are amazing. The water heater is also located in the bedroom and can be a little noisy in the morning when it starts up. I’m a light sleeper and I slept just fine regardless. We’d definitely stay here again. Nothing like having the comforts of a beautiful home just steps away from nature.
