Holiday rentals with beach access in Oregon

A very nice place to stay. Enjoyed the view and “little piece of heaven”.

Matt and Pat were great hosts, they communicated clearly and made it easy to stay in the space. Would recommend to anyone.

My new husband and I were so excited about this space. It had everything we needed for the week. waking up on the beach was amazing and being able to relax in the hot tub watching the ocean was a dream. The restaurants were close by along with the outlet mall and shops. This location is now on our favorites list. Thank you for the stay.

Great location and accommodation. All round good stay, but should not really be listed to accommodate 3 persons as one will need to sleep in floor.

"Paradise Found by the Pacific! An Unforgettable Gold Beach Getaway!" Gold Beach was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the incredible proximity to the beach – literally 2 blocks away. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our morning coffee with panoramic ocean views was an absolute dream. Can’t wait to stay again.

Very nice location and easy to find. The beach access was great and the back picnic table was great for watching the ocean and catching some great sunsets. It was quiet, peaceful, and had all that we needed.

This place was a gem! I stayed with my husband and our little dog, and we were there to participate in the Newport Marathon. Jeannie’s place was walking distance to the start of the marathon - so convenient! There was a lovely amenity basket to welcome us, fresh-cut flowers, and even some treats and a stuffed toy for our dog Moxie. Everything that we needed was available in the property. The kitchenette was nicely stocked, and we even cooked out on the grill a couple of times. Jeannie’s place is walking distance to Nye Beach restaurants, and is directly next door to Georgies, for ease of eating out. We made use of the huge soaking tub, and helpful written instructions were provided to ensure a full supply of hot water. The bed was comfortable and the environment was quiet and peaceful. We will look to stay here again when we return to Newport.

Such an amazing view of the beach and ocean. The access to the beach is right there, we absolutely loved it. The room was very welcoming and comfy. We book this air bnb for our 10 year anniversary and the lovely hosts left a wonderful anniversary card , Reese’s and sparkling grape juice. It was a lovely over all experience and we can’t wait to do it again. We definitely recommend these lovely hosts and their properties to anyone wishing for a wonderful ocean side getaway.

This is by far the best home we’ve ever stayed at! Right on the beach in a peaceful neighborhood-many times I was the only one on the beach-Easy level path right to the sand from the yard-Beautiful furnished home with soft bed linens & towels-Great comfy leather couch & relining chairs to look out spacious windows to the beach-especially nice when you just want to relax and watch the waves-The beds were especially comfy and the home was the cleanest I’ve ever seen-lots of everything you would need in the kitchen-we had fresh crab, clams and smoked salmon…a seafood delight! Teri was so kind and responsive that she made you feel very welcome and more like a good friend-The home is minutes to Pacific City so venture out to the Pelican Brewery Restaurant-the best fish & chips and chowder ever-be sure to shop the little stores and visit the Greatful Bread-best fresh bakery I ended up going twice too-Such a wonderful home we hated to leave-Thank You Terri for having us!

We Loved our stay at Donna’s place. We spent a week driving down the Oregon coast and stayed in multiple Airbnbs and this was our favorite by far! It was a welcomed surprised to have a clean, updated, open space to call our own and feel relaxed. We also loved how close it was to the Samuel Boardman viewpoints, Harris beach and Jedediah Smith park. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend.

We had a restful, restorative week at Christopher’s home. The house itself is amazing: well decorated, spotless, very well stocked kitchen, and plenty of room. The location felt so private even though it’s in a beach neighborhood. Typically, houses are on top of one another in these settings. But not here. We knew there were neighbors, of course, but the house is situated in such a way that everyone feels far away. And the beach itself? It’s like being on a private island! Very few people -just the way we like it. It all served as a great home base from which to explore the Oregon Coast. And a word on that-the Oregon Coast is stunning, the vibe here is super chill, and the people we encountered were so friendly and welcoming. Our first time in this area of the country, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back to Christopher’s again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We stayed at this sweet little house on the Mackenzie River for 3 nights to attend my daughter’s graduation from UO. All local hotels were booked and airbnbs charged a fortune. Then I found this beautiful home, and I feel really lucky. Yes, it is a 45 minute drive from Eugene, but the location was beautiful and peaceful. The house was well stocked with everything you might need. It is located on the main highway, but once inside you hear the river not the car noise. I would definitely stay again. The deck, the yard, and the little beach were just what I needed after the hustle and bustle of graduation.

If you want someplace where it feels like you’re staying with a friend this would be it when we arrived. There were warm cookies and a lit candle. They also had dog bones and instructions for our dock. The kitchen was incredibly well supplied, but throughout the house there were so many nice touches fresh flowers, everywhere, and living plants that added a lot to the atmosphere just nice subtle touches. If we had to find anything wrong with the place, it would be really really hard but since you insist the refrigerator should be swinging on the left and not the right. And that’s how petty we would have to be to find anything wrong with this place. We would come again in a heartbeat and really appreciate the effort they put in to making our stay exceptionally nice. There numerous bird houses outside in the yard that attract all sorts of wildlife to the area. The front lawn is suitable for children to play on or your dogs to throw a ball with. We loved our stay.

Beautiful and well cared for home, with no detail spared! Ashley has created an oasis in a quaint A-Frame that made me smile the whole time I was there. Walkable beach access was critical for us and we enjoyed the tide pools each morning. The hot tub and sauna were in very good condition and we would have loved to stay longer if we could. The downstairs bedroom is a trundle bed which is very snug in there for two, but worked out for my kids. The upstairs bedroom is lovely but does have a large window that is not covered, so best to bring an eye mask if light sensitive when sleeping. Quick and simple checkout. Perfect getaway for us!

The house is located ~90 minutes from Crater Lake and within an hour to many local hikes including Mill Creek Falls, which is a must-see. Debra had lot of brochures and information, including things to do in the area and local area hikes. We also enjoyed the Harry & David factory tour, which would not know about had Debra not had a brochure. The deck was great for bird watching and it was nice to look out at the river while enjoying coffee or eating meals on the deck. Debra was really easy to rent from!

Thanks to good communication, the one big hitch was thankfully resolved. Although the itinerary warns not to turn the heat higher than 65, housekeeping had turned it to 70 and on our arrival day, this nice day at the coast made it 78 degrees inside. With no AC, we were left with opening windows, a couple fans and cross-ventilation. Which, once we realized the bay windows had screens on them (on the bottom), we were able to cool the room to "just right". All this worked out because of good communication, which always wins the day in my book. Truth be told, all that initial heat tainted our experience some, but in the end, it (and the rest of our experience!) was excellent. Beautiful views out the back, easy access to the beach. Saw a bald eagle there. And to top it off, somebody shot off gorgeous fireworks from the beach on our last light, really nice ones like you usually have to pay to see!

The views are beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed, lots of space, and comfortable beds. The beach was very accessible and rarely had people on it, so it felt very private. 10 out of 10!

Had a lovely relaxing time! Great place to stay, very clean and felt right at home. Bed was comfy. Had all the amenities plus some nice little bonuses like beach chairs. Unbeatable view from the balcony and private access to the beach!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The view was everything and love that the condo was steps away from the beach. Perfect location with easy access to every place we wanted to see on the Oregon coast. The condo was stocked with coffee, nespresso and tea. Definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic stay!!! This spot was everything the pictures showed and more!!! Since it’s a corner unit the views were amazing…we couldn’t get enough!! Central location in town made getting around super easy! And the 2nd bathroom was unexpected and very welcomed!!! Also, the cable TV was a huge bonus as well. We were able to watch the Mainers games and some NBA games. We even extended our stay by one night. This place had everything we needed and we are already thinking about a return stay! Thank you Kimberly we’re being such a great host!
