A very clean, spacious apartment, well equipped and perfect for the stay of 6 or 7 people. Vladimir responds quickly, everything works smoothly. The parking situation is also very relaxed, at least on weekends. Nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Recommended place to stay. CHB

We felt very comfortable in this modern renovated and stylishly furnished old apartment. The facility is very clean and minimalist - that's exactly what we liked. The location is great - very central and yet quiet! We will definitely come back - many thanks for the flexible check-out - so the departure was a little more relaxed.

This is a gem. Clean and nice with lots to do for the kids. We did not have time to swim in the pool as a thunderstorm came in, our children were disappointed as it was very nice. The farm is full of fruit, flowers and berries. New animals that come and greet, both dogs and horses. The toy vehicles and trampoline were a hit. We hope to return and stay longer next time.

We felt very comfortable in Marion's apartment. View of the countryside, quiet location, parking available along the street. Marion responds quickly and very pleasantly. The apartment is well equipped, the beds are very comfortable (even if one is a bunk bed in the rented room). There were even extra dog towels for my dog, ❤️ and for us humans, there were small treats as gifts. 🤩 We were at the trade fair every day - the location in Sarstedt was fantastic for this 👍🏼 Thank you Marion! We felt at home.

We had booked two nights as a family (4 people) and were very satisfied with the equipment and size of the apartment. The cleanliness of the premises is particularly noteworthy and bakery/ restaurants are within walking distance. In short, we had a very nice weekend and would book with Anita again at any time. We spent a long weekend with a larger group at Ann-Catrin and Nigel's and felt completely comfortable. The two are great hosts: warm, helpful and very attentive. The house is brand new, built entirely of wood, which creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere. It is very comfortable, well equipped and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. Since it is a wooden house, it is a little noisy, but this fits well with the character of the house and did not bother us. The garden was great for the kids. They could play there and let off steam. The surroundings with fields, meadows and small allotment gardens were also ideal for relaxing walks and small exploration tours. If we meet again in the middle of Germany, then we would be very happy to meet here again. We highly recommend the space and hosts. Thank you for the wonderful time, Ann-Catrin and Nigel!

A great place to stay with all the mod cons; in fact it seems to be brand new. It was well equipped, especially the kitchen, which we used 1 night. The accommodation is very private and peaceful, and within walking distance of the train station. Mohammad’s rather quick responses to a couple of queries was very much appreciated. HIGHLY recommended.

We spent a few super nice and relaxing days in the accommodation with our children (two and five years old). Everything was available (towels, cleaning utensils, kitchen roll...), the decor is modern and everything was very clean! Henri and Sandra really thought of everything - night lights, stools, high chair, children's cutlery and and and... The view is fantastic and the accommodation is in a quiet area. Excursion destinations are listed in the well-structured information folder and shopping facilities are nearby and easily accessible by car. Communication was always very friendly and courteous. We got a quick answer to any questions you might have. It was, so to speak, an "all-round carefree package"! Thanks for the wonderful break! We will be happy to come back!

A great apartment, which is lovingly furnished and in which we immediately felt very comfortable. The location was ideal for us as we could walk to everything we wanted. Despite the good location it was fantastically quiet. We thank you for the nice time and for trusting us to leave the apartment for a few days.

Our time at Andreas' was fantastic! The house is in impeccable condition, you immediately feel at home. There is nothing missing – from the can opener to the fireplace, everything is available. I was particularly impressed by the well-maintained and well-equipped kitchen. The living room and large balcony are highlights, especially the panoramic view from the east balcony, where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises. If necessary, the windows can be completely darkened by roller blinds. Which was a big advantage on the warm days. The view of fields and forest is fantastic, and the garden was a paradise for my dog. The apples and pears were a delicious bonus Andreas was very friendly and always available. 7 out of 5 stars – we'll be back!
