Holiday rentals with a patio in Springe

We had a very nice stay in Karsten's "Kontor". A really very nice apartment, elaborately restored and very nicely located. Quiet, with a garden and plenty of space to relax and feel good. The amenities are great, there was nothing missing. Everything was lovingly prepared for our reception. We would love to come back, and then also a little longer. Many thanks to Karsten for the friendly and helpful communication! We had a lovely weekend on site.

100% recommendation for this very nice and well-maintained apartment. It is also equipped with many extras (from certain kitchen utensils to hygiene products in the bathroom to books/games) and well located. The zoo, Eilenriede and the main train station/pedestrian zone are within easy walking distance, but there are also sufficient public transport connections. There is also a great café/breakfast place just around the corner. We will be happy to come back.

First holiday in Hannover and couldn’t have found a better location to have stayed. The apartment was bright, clean and had everything you could need for a break away. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Hannover.

For the second time, I had the opportunity to stay in Charity's beautiful apartment. For working, the apartment was great and despite high temperatures outside, the rooms were pleasantly cool. Everything you need for a longer stay is there. Charity is very friendly and a great host!

We had a wonderful weekend there with a great accommodation in a prime location. Direct view of the shopping arcade and Lake Steinhude. It couldn't be better. Everything was as we imagined. Even a gas grill is available on the terrace. There was really nothing missing. Communication with Midia went smoothly and one felt very warmly welcomed. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

I booked the apartment as a gift for my parents, they had a very nice time there and now can't stop raving about it. The garden: fantastic. The view: uniquely beautiful. The decor: very tasteful. The hostess: as warm and caring and hospitable as you can imagine. In short: this place is absolutely recommended!

We booked the two apartments together with friends for bike tours along the Weser and they were perfect for that. Everything is as described, we were able to start and end the day on the different balconies depending on the wind and sun. The apartments are quite noisy, but that didn't bother us, as we were traveling with friends. The apartments are great, modern, clean and very tastefully furnished and the e-bikes could be safely stored and charged in the basement.

Everything was perfect. The house was in accordance with the descriptions, comfortable check-in and check-out experiences, despite our inconvenient arrival and departure times. Quick and clear communication!

Such a cool space! Perfect combo of historic and modern. The kids loved the loft bedroom. We took a train to Hameln and grabbed a taxi to the house (only $10 euros). Once there, we walked everywhere. You’re a few blocks from the Main Street and square. House was clean and beds comfortable. My only regret is we didn’t stay an hour extra day to relax in the garden/patio.

We were already guests at Tasja's last year and were happy to come back. This time the stay was even more pleasant – especially the significantly improved cleanliness surprised us positively. The accommodation is cozy, quiet and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Tasja is a friendly and helpful host who responds quickly to questions or requests. We had booked two nights as a family (4 people) and were very satisfied with the equipment and size of the apartment. The cleanliness of the premises is particularly noteworthy and bakery/ restaurants are within walking distance. In short, we had a very nice weekend and would book with Anita again at any time. What a beautiful Airbnb! We felt totally comfortable and had a great time. The amenities of the Airbnb are very good. The place is nice and quiet, so we were able to relax. We will be happy to come back!

A great place to stay with all the mod cons; in fact it seems to be brand new. It was well equipped, especially the kitchen, which we used 1 night. The accommodation is very private and peaceful, and within walking distance of the train station. Mohammad’s rather quick responses to a couple of queries was very much appreciated. HIGHLY recommended.

Beautiful home far beyond the photos on the site. Very spacious, very quiet, functional and well-equipped. Karsten is a considerate and available host despite the language barrier (we are French). Shops nearby, a few kilometers by car. And beautiful walks to take in the nearby forest. Don't hesitate! Book without a second thought. Thank you for everything.

We spend a full week at Heike’s spacious apartment. Fully equiped kitchen, good beds and shower and two balconies. What more do you want?

We had a very good stay at Birgitt’s! We were a family of 2 + 1 year old baby + a dog looking to escape into something quiet and relaxing on New Year’s Eve. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has everything it needs to make a stay pleasant! The village is very peaceful, green, nice field is nearby to walk the dog. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great accommodation in an idyllic location, ideal also for dog owners, as you can immediately hike from the farm in beautiful forests. In addition to the horses, there are also dogs, cats and chickens to admire, great for children!

Their place is ultra cozy! Super clean, everything you need and right by the forest. Check-in was also very straightforward. We had a really nice weekend and will definitely book again in the summer!
