Cozy house we booked last minute and they accommodate us really easily, super friendly, great communication . Everything was extremely clean, beds were made perfectly, super spacious. We will definitely be booking again

Cindy was a wonderful host. We were there for almost 2 weeks during a very cold spell. The house stayed warm and cozy. And there was plenty of hot water. In the picture, the two twin beds were bunked. I was very happy to find out when I got there, that the beds had been separated. The location was near fast food restaurants with a dollar store right down the street. Cindy was very flexible as we adjusted our stay a couple of times. Please notice in the listing description that there is no TV and no Internet. This was not a problem for us. We will be staying here again, if possible, the next time we visit Chandler.

This rental property is first rate! The property owners have gone above and beyond in providing a first class accommodation. The appliances, furniture, flooring, paint, and fixtures all seem to be new. The furniture and beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen is modern and fully outfitted, the entire house is immaculate, and the owners have provided many special touches that made us feel right at home. This property is one of the better ones we have ever stayed in and we look forward to future visits at this property. Lastly, Renee is responsive, helpful, and very pleasant to interact with.
