The home was easy to locate and just as described. The trees surrounding this property provide privacy, unlike many of its neighbors which are exposed to the road or each other. Lisa proactively communicated with recommendations ahead of our stay and quickly responded to a question we had once we got settled in. We highly recommend this house for anyone looking to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the many adventures in and around Hochatown.

What a cute Cabin! Perfect getaway for Valentine’s Day weekend! The outside fire pit was perfect for grilling our steaks. We had the opportunity to meet Glen. He is super friendly and was always ready to assist with anything we needed. We’ll definitely stay at one of his places again when in the area! Highly recommend!

Loved our weekend getaway at Leslie’s cabin in the woods. It was a perfect place to unwind and relax from our busy schedule and celebrate our 23rd Wedding anniversary. It’s in a private location but very close to stores, restaurants, and tourist locations. Very clean and accommodating. Communication with Leslie was on point and all things addressed promptly. We definitely plan on returning!

The house was beautiful. The bed was comfortable, and able to have the patio doors open to hear the stream at night. The window bed was big enough for my giant 15 year old son who slept really well in it. The fire place with the hot tub was really enjoyable. The host responded to every message quickly and was extremely helpful. The only minor issues we had were a lack of hand towels in the kitchen (which the host responded to) and the hot tub was a little dirty when we arrived. Overall we would love to come back to this location and stay in this home again.

Kelly was a fantastic host, and The Hilltop Cabin was very beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and a nice fire at the fire pit. There is so much to do in the area and when you are done you get to come back and relax in an amazing cabin!

This is now our favorite place to stay when visiting Carlton Landing. Location is great. The place is wide open and just feels like a home away from home. Amazing amenities. Could not be more perfect. Looking forward to being back soon hopefully.

Sean was an excellent host! He was very quick in responding to my questions. Directions and instructions were impeccable and easy to follow. It was perfect for our much-needed girls’ trip. There were just two of us staying there, but there was plenty of room for eight. We each had our own master bedroom and bathroom. I absolutely loved relaxing and reading my kindle in the tub in my bathroom. I also enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings and taking my pick of porches to sit on. I highly recommend this cabin and would definitely stay there again.

This place has plenty of room for everyone. The grandkids loved the dock. They enjoyed the floating mat, the kayaks and watching the fish at night. The sunsets from the dock are beautiful. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Our stay at Misty Pines could not have gone any better! We felt right at home! The cabin was cozy and matched the description exactly. It was the perfect size for our little family of 4. An extra plus was that we were able to bring our fur baby without any extra fees! We will absolutely be coming back and can’t wait for our next visit!
