Perfect little cottage exactly as described. The kitchen was really well laid out and we adored the bathroom!

I had only stayed for one night, but it was fantastic. The house was clean, well-kept, and super cute. The host was incredibly welcoming and was quick to respond. This place is super cute and has great decor! Would 100% recommend and rebook.

We had a fantastic stay! The property is absolutely beautiful, and the location is great - close to all the lake amenities, including the state park, restaurants, and a convenience store, and Ardmore is just down the street and was a great town. The house was clean, and easily accommodated our family of 4. We kayaked & fished around the pond, and watched the geese patrol the shore. There were also bad storms one of the nights we stayed, and we were very thankful for the option of the storm shelter. Thank you, we’ll be back!

Right in town but as if you're miles away in the woods... this house is a slice of country heaven! We were in town visiting OK for my MIL's funeral and wanted a place to accomodate my husband, myself and two kids (3 and 6). Driving up the gate we knew this place was special. Huge trees filled with birds singing and the perfect cabin with a wood burning fireplace was our home away from home for 3 days. Our kids (and us) appreciated the abundance of children's books and toys, and we loved the coziness from the decor to the beds! Every night we gathered wood for the fire and took baths in the luxurious Japanese soaking tub. The kids only watched TV one morning as we were packing to leave, as there was so much to do. And we loved seeing the deer in the evening, a real treat for the city kids :)

Such a gem and so close to downtown Pawhaska. We really enjoyed our stay. The house itself was so charming with an amazing kitchen and beautiful design. The beds were very comfortable and it was so calm and peaceful. We even got to meet the host's family and enjoyed having a chat. We will definitely stay again. Thanks so much Chad for the great hospitality!

Amazing host offering an even more amazing experience for tourist!!

I stayed for 3 nights in this tiny home, and let me say it did not disappoint! It was very tiny but the host still made it work! Big fridge, dishwasher, stove, combo washer and dryer, and lots of cabinets ! The area where it was located was near many cafes, restaurants, gas stations, and food markets! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, even the upstairs neighbors were so quiet you never know if they were even home! The host, Lisa, was very responsive and super sweet! When we had questions, she was quick to answer, she even provided manuals for the microwave, oven, laundry washer/dryer and dish washer. Overall stay was incredible, definitely would love to visit again in the future !

This was by far one of the most unique and best places I have ever stayed. The whole vibe was absolutely amazing; perfect for a couple of nerds like us! Super convenient location for everything; very short walk to the riverfront! Highly recommend and will be booking again!

I read through the reviews for this place prior to booking, and the people who are complaining about things being “old” and “dated” have no taste and no appreciation for such a COOL, charming, vintage apartment! We LOVED it! The bed was so comfy, the living room was just lovely and comfortable, cute kitchen, coffee bar, etc etc. The building is such a neat art-deco style, and the neighborhood is so charming. It was perfect for our golden retriever (lovely park one block away). And we walked to dinner right up the street. So—just accept that it’s vintage and that’s what makes it great! The word is: CHARMING! We would stay again for sure!

I was extremely greatful to have this place to stay while visiting my family. It was convenient in location and cost. I found it to be clean and completely comfortable. Special thanks to Taylor for helping me figure out the coffee machine!

Our host went above and beyond. Communication was quick and friendly, and they provided local recommendations for restaurants, and things to do. It really enhanced our trip and made us feel like locals.

My family as well as my sister and her family traveled to visit our father for Father’s Day. Upon arriving all adults and children were equally mesmerized by the absolute beauty and unique design of this home. The views from every arched door and window are breathtaking. The home is clean and the bathrooms as well as pool and outdoor give small resort vibes. The kitchen is well equipped for a family that absolutely loves to cook. We cooked about 5-6 meals in our two day stay. The Gathering place and trails are all footsteps away!!! We walked the trails and walked down to the gathering place where we enjoyed ice cream and coffee surrounded by nature and beautiful views. Important to note we were also given a quick history of the home as well as information of where everything was located and given local recommendations. Amazing hosts, beautiful villa, and our family can’t wait to return! Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful villa, we had a fantastic time!

The home was very spacious and clean. My family and I were in town for my son’s wedding. And it was close to the venue, which was another plus. It did have a dead mouse scent in the kitchen/living room area, but we opened the window and bought air fresheners to rid the smell. The toilet in the master bedroom ran about every 5 min. (Slow leak) so we turned the water off at the wall, when not in use. Other than that it was great! We sleep like rocks! Either the beds were comfy or we were exhausted from all the wedding festivities, maybe both!

This place is beautiful! Decorated like something off HGTV. Beds were so comfortable. The entire house was extremely clean and the garage saved us from an intense hailstorm and damage to our car. We had one minor mechanical issue and it was responded to and fixed within the hour. Fantastic hosts!!

Host was quick to answer all of my questions, extremely helpful! Celebrated our daughter and new husband, were able to have both families come together at this beautiful location! We will be back! Everything was ready, easy to find what we needed for cooking, so much room! I can't say enough about how pleased we are!

Mike’s place was great! Our kids really enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of space for all 7 in our party. The home was as described. The kitchen is beautiful and well furnished with anything that is needed for fixing any meals of the day. We did have a few issues with the bedroom outlets and ceiling fan in downstairs bedroom not working properly but were able to manage with the upstairs bedrooms. The ceiling fan remote did not work well and the ceiling fan was very noisy. However our overall stay was good! Would definitely recommend.

Great stay- description matched property to a T. Very convenient to anywhere in OKC, clean and spacious. Great communication. As stated in the description it is an older home that has been renovated but all the benefits outweigh any issues that would come with an old home. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting OKC.

Host as great and made sure all our needs were taken care of. He was super responsive and made sure all of our questions were answered.
