Little house NO PETS

Very clean and nice one bed one bath house in a gated community, near turnpike I35 and I235. Downtown is 15 min. The house is in the grounds of the main house, however they are apart ensuring privacy for both houses. NO PETS. No drugs. POOL is not working properly. We removed it from the amenities. No BBQ grill and we do not encourage alcoholic beverages around swimming pool because we have kids around. NO LORRY TRUCKS OR RV in or Throughout the neighborhood are allowed.

Primrose Farm is minutes to Turner Falls, & Chickasaw National Park. Sit on the two Lg. upper balconies, watch the sunset view across the rolling foothills of the Arbuckles. Look for the peacocks.

Welcome to my Japanese-style inspired cabin in the farm, the perfect place to unwind and recharge. You'll enjoy the tranquil surroundings and take advantage of the private outdoor hot tub. I highly recommend having dinner on the patio to fully immerse yourself in nature's beauty. [Note] This cabin has a regular king bed and a sofa bed. [Note] During winter seasons when the temperature is very low, the hot tub may have difficulty heating up higher than 95 degrees at night.

The manor is secluded by forest and over 40 acres of peaceful land . This is a great place to get away from city life. You could able to enjoy golfing practice and walking trails as well. You can enjoy outside swimming pool in the summer and 8 people hot tub for winter and all seasons. Outside barbecue grill and gas-grill you can enjoy lunch and dinner outside. This manor was built in mid 1967, beautifully remodeled lately. You will be enjoy staying in this manor!
