Holiday rentals with lake access in Sparks

Our group had a great stay here. 12 adults fit comfortably, and we appreciated the variety of bed set ups and descriptions of each bedroom in the listing so we could sort out room assignments ahead of time. The place felt bigger than the photos made it seem, and we really enjoyed walking the path around the lake in the morning. Quiet little street right on the water that's convenient to all the main roads and attractions - can't beat it. Derick and Thy were super helpful and friendly - they even sent someone over to remedy a malfunctioning coffee maker. Would definitely recommend, and will be staying again if we're ever in the area again!

Cozy and affordable place, great location. Alyssa was helpful and accommodating, proving us great sledding recommendations, feedback and advice. Great spot for kids - nice without being fussy. They loved the kids ‘nook’ in the bunk room with old school video games and the loads of games downstairs. Kitchen is tight for multiple people but we made it work.

Fantastic stay at Paul’s place. Perfect space for two families to have a winter weekend in the snow. Great communication too. Looking forward to staying here again!

A very cozy log cabin close to the Lake. We were 7 adults and a toddler and had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

I've stayed at a few dozen Airbnbs in the Tahoe area and this one definitely is one of the best. The house is recently remodeled. The bathrooms are very modern and super clean. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. The house is <15min away from Northstar and ~40 from Palisades (assuming there is no crazy traffic). I can highly recommend staying here, we would love to return next year.

Affordable, clean, spacious and everything you want in a Winter Cabin (talking about you hot tub). The cabin had a great set up for coffee and just cooking in general. It was nice and cozy.

Very spacious house, conveniently located close to Lake Blvd, providing a short drive to Kings Beach, Northstar, Tahoe City, and the Alpine and Palisades resorts. The house is quite spacious, with plenty of sitting space, a good kitchen and dining room space. There is room for 4 cars in the driveway, plus one or two in the garage (depending on your parking skills ;-), which is nice. My friends and I are already thinking of trying to rent this lodge again next year (although this review may make it more difficult...). We had a small issue with the hot tub -- it was perfectly usable (it is really big too), but the jets did not function correctly every time. This has been reported and given Madelyn's responsiveness, I am confident that this will be solved.

Nice last-minute booking for my husband, our pups, and I to get away to on Easter for my hubby's b-day. Our pups liked exploring the yard while we relaxed in the hot tub.

We loved our stay!! We didn’t get to enjoy all of the amenities because we were busy at a volleyball tournament most of the time, but the place was wonderful to come home to every night!

My family felt very comfortable in Suzanne's condo. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of the stay was having Suzanne as a host. She was very quick to respond to our questions and gave exact directions to find the condo.

Nice location very close to the lake and many restaurants. Clean and comfortable unit, perfect for 4 people for the weekend.

John’s place was definitely as he described. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our time here and would stay here again. It was a perfect weekend getaway when you need some much needed time off. John was extremely detailed and responsive and make the check in and out easy.

We had another Airbnb booked for the weekend, but when we arrived, we discovered smoke damage and had to find a last-minute alternative. Thankfully, we found Beth’s listing—and what a lifesaver! She responded immediately, allowed us to check in early, and even provided a parking pass so we could head straight to the slopes without any added stress. The place was cozy, convenient, and exactly what we needed. We’ll definitely be booking with Beth again in the near future!

Jesse's place was perfect for a ski trip with our two kids, 15 min walk or 5 min shuttle ride to the village, clean, comfortable and quiet. Jesse was super easy to communicate and was super kind. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for our travels! The house is very cozy and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. It looked exactly like the pictures, very beautiful. There is a nice kitchen with utensils, pans, and other cooking essentials with a large fridge. It is about a 5-10 minute walk to the lake, shops, and restaurants. It is very close to a cute little beach as well. Giselle answered all of my questions quickly and gave me some great recommendations for the area. Check out was super easy and fast. I loved the area and our trip was very memorable. I would highly recommend this rental.

We love staying here. The house is comfortable and well equipped. There's good food and the lake/beach within walking distance. The hosts are responsive, helpful, and friendly.

This is the second time we have been lucky enough to stay in this beautiful and peaceful retreat. I cannot speak volumes enough of how wonderful it is. Amazing hosts. Beautiful home. Easy drive to all ski resorts (winter) hiking trails and beautiful Tahoe beaches and scenery yet hidden away in a quiet neighborhood. We feel so lucky to have found this gem!

Loved our stay here! Extremely cozy and clean modern cabin with everything we needed. Location was great. We took many walks to hang at Kings Beach, grab some ice cream, check out the little shops, and grab a beer and pizza at White Caps (amazing pizza!). Was also a short drive to the fire look out for an amazing view of the whole area and access to other restaurants and beautiful spots in North Lake Tahoe. Wish we could have stayed longer!

You really can't beat this location. Any closer to the lake and you would be on a houseboat. The beach is beautiful, just steps from the front door. It is also just a few minutes from great restaurants and King's Beach. The cabin is cozy and true to the photos. I wish the interior/furniture/kitchen was updated, but the rooms were nice and big and the beds were comfortable. It was awesome to have a sauna with a view of the lake too. The fireplace is nice and helps keep the place warm (tip use the fireplace fan) - we were lucky and it snowed while we were there. We had a question about the heater and someone quickly came over. Very nice and helpful. We will be back. 5/5 recommend!

My recent stay at this AirBnB in North Lake Tahoe exceeded all expectations. The listing photos didn't do justice to how beautiful the place actually is. Everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained throughout our visit. Though the space might appear small at first glance, it's thoughtfully designed to include everything a family needs for a comfortable vacation. The host was incredibly receptive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering assistance whenever needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and had lots of fun in this cozy space. The location is unbeatable - just a 3-4 minute walk from excellent restaurants and ski rental shops, which made our daily activities incredibly convenient. Would love to visit again! This place provided the perfect base for our Lake Tahoe adventure.
