Apartment holiday rentals in Sparks

This week/weeend was my first real experience with Airbnbs. We had a different one before staying at here, and it came with a few issues. This place, on the other hand, was a total game-changer. Incredibly accommodating—letting us check in early, extend our stay, and check out a bit later, which made things so much easier for us. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked with useful cooking items, and the location was perfect for everything we needed downtown. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout. My family and I are now fully convinced that Airbnbs can be a fantastic option—especially when hosted by someone as awesome as Michelle and Christine. We’d definitely stay here again!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Anne's place. It is absolutely wonderful. Her place is spotless. And as an added bonus, the beds are super comfy. We will definitely book again.

We had an amazing stay! The place was incredibly cozy and welcoming—it truly felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed and even more than we could’ve thought to ask for. Every detail was so thoughtfully prepared. Tanya is an amazing host. We look forward to comeback to Tahoe and definitely will try to book this place again. Highly recommend!

Perfect little place, peaceful, great neighbors. A lot of products stored and gifted! Kitchen and bathroom, a lot of attention to details. Great price for the 2 weeks compared to other places which can't even be bothered to offer decent kitchen plates and cooking ware! Nice linens, nice towels, a lot of thoughtfulness into what a guest needs for a 2 weeks stay. I highly recommend booking ANY Airbnb thru TahoeXperience, they have gone above and beyond and the place was IMPECCABLE and fully stocked. Thank you so much!

This studio was beautiful and all furniture was very comfortable! The pictures don’t do it justice! Oscar was great and let us check in early!! There was a little welcome gift on the table watering the fridge and little bags of chips! Definitely the best stay I’ve had in Reno so far!

We enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful location. The host was very responsive and even let us check in early which was appreciated. Everything was clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Very close to all the fun things to do at Lake Tahoe. We would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and will most likely be back next time we are in Virginia City!

Excellent experience

I loved everything about our stay here by the marina. Gorgeous water view and snow capped mountains in the distance, and lots to do nearby. Great central location for all Reno/Sparks destinations. We had breakfast a few mornings at lighthouse cafe downstairs and walked around the water. The rental was exactly as advertised with lots of little thoughtful amenities in the room/bathroom such as toiletries, q-tips, flossers, sunscreen, aloe, ice packs in the freezer, condiments in the fridge, etc. Chris was responsive and helpful with our request for an early check-in. I would absolutely stay here again soon!

I had a great stay! It was perfect !

The apartment was better than I expected (sometimes pictures can be deceiving!). Was very spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. I was traveling alone this trip but I felt very comfortable not only in the apartment but also in the common areas & parking lot. Would highly recommend paying for parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Jennifer's place was fabulous! Beautiful river and city views. Walk along the river walk to some of the best restaurants in Reno. This will always be our go to in Reno!

Rodrigo was very pleasant to work with. I had questions he answered back right away. This Condo worked out great. Like that it had 3 bedrooms. Those are not easy to find in the price range. I would book this plave again. Stephanie M.

While I can’t honestly answer for this exact listing, Travel Oasis actually upgraded us to a 2 bedroom at no extra cost due to some maintenance needed on the original reservation. I really appreciated that, along with their prompt handling of questions and a few needs that came up during our stay. They were very friendly and kind, and the location served our purposes perfectly.

Matt’s place in Reno was great for my wife and I. Great location right next to the river, we spent a lot of time just walking alongside it. Right in downtown, easy walk to midtown for a different vibe. Matt was great with instructions for the place, clear and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo: quiet, super clean and well-decorated, high ceilings, big windows, great view. An especially great stay of you are a dog owner… there is a walking trail around the lake right outside the door. Also walkable to great shopping and restaurants.

This air bnb was all good! Just a quick stop over for us on the way to Tahoe. Sibin was a great host. The place is pretty basic but had everything we needed

The place was as described and looked like the pictures. Erica was very responsive to questions we had. The unit also had some extra bathroom amenities like eye makeup remover and Q-tips besides your usual shampoo/conditioner and body wash. They also gave a small s’more’s package. The kitchen had standard supplies but had some plastic dining ware that we were able to use for the kids. They also had a toy and book basket with games that my kids loved. Very family friendly. The location is a little farther from the ski lifts but completely walkable and in the village. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The unit was sparklingly clean. The location is perfect in Northstar village, and we were able to park till 4PM after checking out which was very helpful. Elizabeth was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

This is a fabulous place. Much nicer and more well-appointed than the typical rental. Clearly, a lot of care and thought goes into designing and maintaining this apartment. Everything is beautiful, new, and well-maintained. Tons of nice little extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. The parking lot of the apartment touches the Village Run, making it extremely easy to ski in/ski out, and it’s right across from the Northstar Village, so it’s less than a 5-minute walk to restaurants and such. The host is very responsive, kind, and totally on top of everything. Would stay here again in a second, no hesitation.

We loved staying here! We were there in off-season, between ski season and summer but it was perfect for us. Felt like we had the place to ourselves. The village shops were closed but pool and fitness rooms were open. Such a beautiful resort and super convenient for going to the lake and into Truckee. The condo was nice and clean and fully stocked. The host was helpful and responsive. Would definitely live to stay again.

Great rental that was ski in/out at Northstar! The overall check-in/out was very easy as it there was staff available to help. Lots and lots of space and kitchen was large too. Bathrooms had multiple sinks and balcony was a plus. Garage parking was easy and there was even EV chargers.
