La Concha Bay Suite has 110 square meters, and it is composed of a double room, bathroom and a big living room with terrace (there's no kitchen, but all the necessary utilities to heat cooked meals and have breakfast: you'll find a freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine and a boiler in the living room). The entrance is shared with a private apartment, but both are totally independent from each another. The views are breathtaking, La Concha beach is just in front of you, you can see Santa Clara Island, Urgull Mountain and Ulia Mountain. If you are a food lover, the best restaurants and tapas bars are 5-10 minutes on foot. La Perla Spa, one of the best spa centers in Europe, is just 5 min away, you can relax, exercise at the gym or have a massage there. The Suite is composed of a bedroom, a big living room and a bathroom fully equipped I will be next door and would be delighted to help you during your stay in San Sebastian! Facing the Ocean, the apartment is located in the very center of the city, and 7-10 minutes away from Old City where you can find the best pintxos bars and restaurants, shopping area and market. 10-15 minutes away from both the train and bus station. If you have a car to park, you can go to La Concha Parking, just down the street, the price is about 25€/day.

Very well connected and centric, the nearest metro station is Verdaguer, L5 or blue line and Diagonal,L3 or green line. It is within walking distance to any part of the city. Also the Tourist Bus stops in the adjacent block, since one of the icons of modernism is only a few meters away; The House of the Punxes.

The apartment is within walking distance from several major attractions, such as the Plaza Mayor and El Rastro flea market. Walking at the beautiful streets of Madrid is the first and best option which is very easy to do from my place. Metro station "la latina" which is located only 150 meter from the apartment, will take you every where you need to get to in the city. apart of it there are bus stations right next to the apartment.
