Caron's caravan is well equipped and spotless. It has a homely feel and is nice and cozy come the evening once curtains are pulled. Caron herself was very contactable and quick with her replies. There was a welcome basket for us on arrival and a little something for the grand children. We had the best time.

First time visiting Lakeview Holiday park and it was every bit as charming as we expected it to be. Our host was super friendly and helpful. The home was kitted out with every comfort away from home including some slippers and robes which were a lovely touch. The kids loved the pool and sweet duck families waddling around the park homes. A shame about the weather while we were there but plenty of other activities to fill your time with. We’ll definitely be back!

We had the most wonderful stay at this lodge on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Tucked away in a peaceful caravan park just a stone’s throw from the sea, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and seaside charm. The location couldn’t be better—waking up to the beautiful sea view and being able to stroll down to the beach in just minutes was absolute bliss. The on site pool and playground were the perfect end to a day exploring for our kids, all the staff here were friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. The accommodation itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was there, from towels, a well-equipped kitchen to cozy beds and a lovely lounge area with the most stunning uninterrupted sea views . It felt more like a boutique coastal retreat than a lodge! Can’t recommend this place highly enough—whether you’re after a romantic escape, a quiet solo retreat, or a family break by the sea, this gem has it all. Thank you Rob :)

The hosts have really tried to make a lovely, tech-friendly space, with some success. The decor is simple, elegant and welcoming. The TVs and projector all do their thing. Sockets have USBs and Alexa is there to help out in most places with lights and music. The pool is just deep enough and good for a splash. The jacuzzi was lovely. And you get the occasional visit from a Red Squirrel in the garden. Ryde seafront, town and train are all walkable and have enough to feed and entertain.

We had a great stay at Crystal’s accommodation. It was as described—clean, well-equipped, and located on a large, well-maintained caravan site. There was plenty to keep the kids entertained, but it was also peaceful and relaxing for the adults. The onsite facilities were easy to access, and the short walk to a beautiful, quiet sandy beach was a real highlight. It’s also just a short drive to many local attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Crystal was a responsive and helpful host throughout.

Our time in Rosie’s caravan was truly enjoyable. The space was spotless and well-organized, making it feel immediately welcoming. The shower had excellent pressure and consistently hot water, which was a real treat. We had no issues with the TV reception, and everything worked smoothly. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, complemented by soft, supportive pillows. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Rosie herself was a fantastic host—warm, quick to respond, and full of helpful local tips that really enhanced our trip. We will come back again!

Perfect place if you re looking for some peace and relaxed environment. Ideal for a family of 4. This cozy and detached property is just a mile drive to the Hayling Island beach/Funland with lot of rides for kids and just a 10 mins walk to Tesco express if needed for groceries. The hosts Simon and Carolyn are very nice. Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would love to stay again. Highly recommended! Miss this place..

Great little find . House was spotless , well stocked and very homely . We have a 8 month baby and the main room was ideal as was more than big enough for us . Paul was very responsive and helpful with any of our queries and instructions extremely clear , making it easy to check in and out . Would defo recommend .

The response of the team was excellent and always immediate, efficient and polite. They went out of their way to help. There was no hot water when we moved in, but this was fixed remotely. On another occasion we locked ourselves out and were able to access the property again very quickly. The house was very clean, in new condition and up to date. The bathrooms were very good - although it would have been nice to have an additional toilet in the ensuite. Fans were provided which were a welcome addition. You can park anywhere on the surrounding streets as long as it is in the ME zone. Our car was on the big side (Audi Q5) so a bit tight to park on a narrow street with parking on each side so we always tried to find an end parking bay. Then we just had to remember which street we had parked down!

I have stayed in many Airbnb properties over the years, but this surpasses them all! The location on the beach, with facilities which lacked nothing, would top anyone's expectations. The décor was bright and fresh, suiting the house perfectly. This property is of the highest standard.

Really fabulous accommodation for four of us, visiting Portsmouth for a wedding. We had everything we needed in Sally‘s house and we were so comfortable. Sally had thought of everything and there was everything you could possibly need in the house. Shower was lovely! Kitchen had everything we needed and the little garden was so sweet. Couldn’t recommend this accommodation more.

Beautiful location on the edge of the beach. Amazing view from sitting room and main bedroom. Light and airy house with all amenities and more. Debby answered all queries immediately. Highly recommend.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. Fiona and Leo were lovely hosts. Communication was very fast and clear. At arrival we were shown inside - the house was spotless. Beds and linen spotless, after traveling it was some of the best sleep we have had. Garden area was at our disposal, had a lovely barbecue. Had space for parking. Overall very beautiful place. Wish services had been slightly closer, however uber works great in the area. Thanks for a good stay!

Beautiful house in a perfect location (as long as you don’t mind a bit of noise from passing traffic and pub next door). The view of the sea is stunning and the house was spotlessly clean and fresh. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We absolutely loved the cottage! It was really neat and clean, decorated immaculately, with lots of homely touches. Everything worked, and it felt like a home from home. It's in a fantastic spot in Emsworth, which is a quaint town, with sea walks, boats, lots of really good cafes and restaurants, and close to other places like Bosham, and Chichester if you feel like going further afield. We would definitely recommend!

Great stay at Lock Keepers Cottage. Everything as described; nicely decorated and well equipped. Host was excellent. Perfect place for a relaxing stay in a beautiful location near the coast.
