Stroll through copse, and it will lead you to the town centre, where you will find shops, cafe's, pharmacies, & supermarkets. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach. The annexe is only suitable for a max of 2 persons and unsuitable for small children due to the stairs, and furniture layout next to the stairs.

There is space to park a car off the road. There is a local village centre and more shops at larger local centres in Fareham and Whiteley. There is no washing machine or dryer in the property but guests can use the facilities in the main house.
