Modern flat in ideal location

The flat is in a great location with Albert Road/ Kings theatre only five minutes walk away -and the beach/Canoe Lake only a ten minute stroll. Despite its central location, the flat is on a quiet residential street where the only noise comes from the seagulls! It is an ideal place to enjoy everything Southsea has to offer whilst providing a peaceful space to relax and unwind. The flat is on the first floor accessible by a staircase so may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

This basement apartment is situated 500 meters from southsea beach, canoe lake and south parade pier. The perfect seaside holiday for a family or couple. Our apartment offers a king size bed as well as a double sofa bed so could accommodate a family nicely, travel cot also available. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave and fridge if you fancy eating in however southsea has an array of eatery’s for you to explore all within walking distance from the apartment.
