Boutique hotel holiday rentals in Southern Maine Coast

Lovely spot! Accommodated our late (midnight) check in.

The check in process after hours was so easy. The hotel was a lovely boutique feel. It was great to walk into town. Liv at the front desk was so helpful and even private messaged my daughter and I about recommendations for my daughter is she attended college nearby. Such great personable service for sure. I would definitely come back!

Great relaxing stay, with extra thoughtful amenities! We will definitely be back. We decided to stay in for the night since we had everything we needed right there (snacks, games, convo cards). I loved the extra accommodations like the tea, hot chocolate, candy and ice in the shared kitchen room. There were a ton of ‘extra touches’ where the hosts went above and beyond. As someone that needs extra info all the time, the guide that you created was awesome. The tub in the Basin was so clean and relaxing, I never wanted to leave. The perfect quick getaway weekend and I left feeling rejuvenated. Hot take-but I also appreciated there were no tvs in the room. The neighborhood and other guests were quiet. Amazing stay!

Absolutely perfect! Exquisitely decorated, yet homey and comfortable. Our hosts were warm and inviting. Avid travelers, this is by far the best Air B&B experience we’ve had. All within walking distance of the most idyllic, charming town. Treat yourself and stay!

Our stay at Snowvillage Inn was better than we could have ever asked for. The amenities were plentiful and our room was cozy and clean. Jen and staff were all friendly and accommodating and the food at Max’s was delicious. The holiday theme and decorations across the Inn and the mixed with the weekend snow made for a perfect winter wonderland weekend. Highly recommend staying at this amazing Inn!

Very cozy apartment at the Inn perfect for our family of four, close to shops, cafes, the beach, and restaurants. Skating at the rink next door with borrowed skates from the Inn was a bonus! Such a friendly welcoming staff!

My boyfriend and i had spent our one year anniversary at The Francis and at first we were a little skeptical, but as soon as we got there the staff had pleased us beyond belief! the amenities that came along with it were amazing, beyond what we expected. if you’re looking for something to blow you away we recommend this! 12/10!! definitely will be coming back :)

Had the best weekend getaway here! Even in the winter, this place has a lot to offer and the location is unbeatable. Would love to return.

This was a great place to call home base for a long weekend! The heated bathroom floors and towel rack were the best since we happened into a pretty big winter storm (just a note to think about that re: street parking for if it's winter; as the description notes, there's not a designated spot!) The location was great, close to the promenade and a short walk to great restaurants and coffee shops.
