All rooms are individually decorated with (1) queen bed, private baths with shower & standard amenities. These rooms have small bathrooms & dormers over the beds/windows. Rooms include our buffet breakfast & wifi. There is no ocean view but beach is within walking distance. *Not suitable for travel cribs or cots, 2 guests max.* **Please note there are NO ELEVATORS in any of our buildings

Ask about private access and a movie in our original 1920s theater! 🎬. A movie of your choice, popcorn and beverages are available for an extra fee.

Cozy hotel rental at the Acadia Hotel-Downtown. Built in 1884 as a private home, located in the village Center. Private room with full bathroom, QUEEN size bed, cable tv, mini fridge, & wifi. Quite, clean, and the best price in town. These rooms tend to be on the smaller size, and do have SMALL bathrooms. If you are looking for a larger space, look for our Suite Airbnb listing, or book direct though the hotel.

This small, first floor waterfront room is in our historic Main House Inn, and has a large picture window facing the harbor and mountains of Mount Desert Island! Perfect for those who will be spending more time hiking and on the beach It has a queen bed with a private bathroom with tub/shower combination. No A/C, fans provided. The Elms - Lodge Room

The Elms is a historic Queen Anne Victorian mansion built in 1882 to serve as luxury accommodations for international executives and dignitaries visiting the local paper mill.
