Bruce’s space was exactly as described and pictured. The private community is very calm and peaceful and the beach is virtually a 3 minutes walk from Bruce’s home. We were a party of 7, two of them being kids ages 3 and 5, and the layout of the house and its location couldn’t have been better for our week stay. I would say the only thing missing is a central AC unit; we were lucky to have a week where the nights were cooler but the last day was very warm and humid and we were all missing having AC ! Otherwise the house has everything you could think of, especially the kitchen.

Ali was very responsive. His place was neat, clean, and easy to find. It had everything we needed for our stay. I loved how close it was to the beach. He was nice enough to put an air-conditioning unit on the bottom floor for us as it was very warm downstairs. Bed and rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Only thing I had to bring was towels and wash clothes. He had stocked the basic essentials to get us started and the kitchen was fully furnished. I definitely recommend him and will stay again! Thank you for a great week!!

Great stay at Sugarloaf! Very comfortable and clean. Mary Lou is great at communicating. Less than five minute walk to the slopes!

Comfortable townhouse with beautiful outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the tranquility to read and relax. The beds were very comfortable and after busy days on the beach and sightseeing we all slept well. Furnished nicely and in good taste. Everyone had space to go to for private, quiet time. Easily accessible to beaches, restaurants, Portland and other nearby locations. We enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed at several of the unites in this complex and Yama’s was one of the best. Would highly recommend!

Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) and my parents stayed here for 4 nights. There was plenty of space. Large kitchen. Air conditioning downstairs and in 2 bedrooms upstairs. We were pleased to be just a 15 minute walk away from Moody beach and slightly closer to Crescent Beach. We also walked down to Wells beach and ate at the Lobster pound nearby. A 5 minute walk brings you to a seaside lookout spot with benches where the lightening in the distance gave us a show one evening. Nice to walk everywhere instead of dealing with the traffic. The house is on a quiet street. Clean. Comfortable beds. The large couch in the living room is more comfortable to sleep on than the futon.

We had a wonderful ski weekend with two families at the condo. It's a perfect location and very comfortable. We enjoyed all the games and toys provided for those who don't ski. The listing was as pictured and we felt at home right away.

Great stay in the Seagull Resort condo! Very responsive communication, large amount of space, and in a good location relative to Wells and Ogunquit for those looking to go to the beach. Will recommend to others.

We had a great stay at Thomas’ place. The location is right off the access road and snubber trail, and even with iffy trail conditions, we could easily hop on the shuttle to the base. The house was very well stocked and comfortable with plenty of space to relax apres ski!

Lovely Beach home! The place was not only comfortable, but also beautiful appointed, making our stay really enjoyable! Clean, lots of amenities, hosts easy to communicate and available! Lots of things to do around and beach is less than 5 minutes on foot. We definitely recommend your charming home! I hope to come back soon!

The townhome is very nice and very well maintained. The West Mountain lift was not running, but access to the mountain was still very easy via the convenient shuttle. Very good location for a Sugarloaf visit!

Nick's home was perfect for a ski getaway! The unit was brand new and location was great!

Stefano's home was absolutely fantastic. Perfect location for three couples. Close to everything and completely private and peaceful. It was lovely waking up to the sounds of the ocean each morning. Perfectly clean and tidy and had everything we could have needed. We can't wait to book again!

We had a great stay at Margaret’s for a ski vacation with another family. The kids enjoyed the bunk room upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there were some games, puzzles, and DVDs available, too! It was in a nice location, XC-ski trail was right across the parking lot, shuttle stop was super close, and if we could walk to take the snubber lift from the base station. We’d definitely stay here again.

A lovely location with gorgeous view and a sunny deck. Convenient to accessing anything you need in town. Bedrooms are spacious and plenty of room in the kitchen/dining/living room, plus of course the bonus of the deck! I met the owner on arrival, he was finishing up doing some work there; he obviously takes great pride in the place.

This was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it. The place was clean, roomy, and looked as advertised. The beds were comfortable, the fridge was stocked with a few drinks and snacks and we had plenty of towels. This reminds me of how most of the listings on Airbnb USED to be (meaning the hosts didn't nickel and dime you for everything, actually went out of their way to make you feel welcome and provided basic amenities. I absolutely recommend this to others and if I return to Bar Harbor, I will see if this place is available again.

Wonderful family vacation making beautiful memories! The beach is very close (about a mile) and general store and ice cream shop are in walking distance. This is a wonderful spot for small families.

David was a fantastic host, quick to communicate and attentive to details. The space exceeded our expectations, with everything listed and more! The fresh, welcoming scent upon entry was a nice touch. The decor and overall ambiance made it feel cozy and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we loved the thoughtful extras. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

Short notice booking late at night and he immediately responded and was able to accommodate our family. My wife loved the historic home and antiques it was decorated with.

This location was even more beautiful than the pictures posted. Serene and peaceful. Our host accommodated our super late check in and went above and beyond for our family. Such a welcoming and comfortable home. We had the location all to ourselves. The kids and our dog absolutely loved the time spent here. We can’t thank the host enough for her kindness. 10/10. This place was perfect for our family vacation! The location was awesome. It’s a very, very short walk to the beach and Ocean Park downtown area. If you are looking for a nice, relaxing beach vacation, you really cannot beat Lindsay’s place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Also, we really appreciated Lindsay’s organization and detailed instructions. We can’t recommend this spot enough!!!!

Located between downtown Bar Harbor and Ellsworth, the location was perfect. Very quiet and lovely accommodation with parking for 2 cars. The 2 bed, 2.5 bath was very clean and was decorated for the holidays, which was a lovely surprise. Jack was very responsive and great to work with.

We spent a few nights here during Feb break with our kids to ski Pleasant Mountain. It could not be more perfect- just across the street from the main lodge parking lot but in a peaceful, lakeside neighborhood. I’d ski half a day and walk back to the condo with my daughter, and then run back again for night skiing. The condo is really quite spacious and the layout is fantastic. We had a blast.
