It is a very open layout with no doors between the rooms. (Though of course the bathroom has one.) Walk to cafes, restaurants and the sea. Minutes to bus and commuter rail. In the heart of the city! Modest unit but cozy and convenient. Rustic in a good way. It's in the heart of everything that is interesting about Salem.

Sitting in front of it’s majestic fire place transports you back into time! It is also the perfect location for Salem as most everything was within walking distance, and we never had to move our car once for the duration of our stay!”

“Phillips house was gorgeous. It was so close to beautiful waters and trials it was a very peaceful neighborhood. Not to mention the wonderful pond that was directly behind the house. We were also given given great amenities that included small snacks like bagels and tea. I really recommend this place and I can’t wait to come back once again another time.
