The space is ideally located right downtown... everything is walking distance and many things literally 1-5 minutes away!

Freshly renovated apt near beautiful Salem Common

We recently renovated our first floor which has a private bedroom & ensuite bathroom, spacious living room and private entrance and parking. The overall feeling is spare and peaceful with lots of natural light. We live in a fantastic neighborhood in Salem, two blocks from the Salem Common. We walk everywhere-- to the ocean, Peabody Essex Museum, Cinema Salem and many cafés, bars and restaurants. Happy to share our favorites. 5 minute walk to the Boston ferry and 10 min to the train.

Newly renovated apartment walking distance from downtown Salem. Enjoy the privacy of your own apartment with plenty off street parking only 1 mile from the heart of downtown Salem and less than a mile from the commuter rail. There’s also a neighborhood market with beer/wine and some groceries 1 minute walk from the apartment. Plenty of street parking. Take a 5 minute Uber ride or 15-20min walk into downtown Salem and enjoy its rich history. Easy access to Rt. 128 and Rt. 1.

This place is adorably decorated, and the peaceful water view makes it even more special. The shower had great water pressure, and there were plenty of towels and blankets to keep things cozy at night. It was an easy walk from the train station, and there’s a fantastic little donut shop right around the corner. Thank you for having us!

Sharon’s place was so charming, I felt right at home! There was a sound machine to use, plenty of bedding, and towels. I slept great! She was accommodating with my late arrival due to delayed flight. Her cats were so lovely and she was generous enough to give me a local map with directions to the sites. The local food was amazing. It is perfect walking distance to the downtown area. I was a little hesitant to book a place not close to the sites, but it was perfect. I got to soak in more of the area. I loved all the cute houses, yards, and gardens along the walk. The cemetery across the street added to the “spooky” vibes if that’s what you’re coming to town for. I already can’t wait to come back! I would stay at Sharon’s again in a heartbeat.

The apartment was simply amazing and exactly what I was looking for! Centrally located, you could easily walk back to the apartment to drop things off or grab something to eat and head right back out again. The apartment was fully stocked with a full kitchen, bathroom supplies, and fun things to do inside if it was a rainy day. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

We had the most wonderful stay ! It was perfect for our weekend getaway with our five year old daughter. The location was fab but the hosts and space were fantastic. The filtered water along other kind amenities made it feel so cozy and the neighborhood was very quiet. We will definitely be back and we wish the hosts all the best.

Leroy responded quickly to my questions. He stocked the apartment with Keurig cartridges, which I appreciate. This location is fun - on a bit of land, almost a tiny island, in a small pond. There was a great blue heron on the driveway twice in the morning, and I also saw a Baltimore oriole along the driveway. The apartment was very clean and just what I needed in just the right place.

Nothing Fancy Downtown - Unit 1

Brian's place is exactly as he describes it--nothing fancy, but in the heart of downtown. It was perfect for me as I spent nearly all of my time in Salem walking around the city, and really only needed the space for sleeping and a bathroom. The building is old, but easy to find, neat, and has the essentials. Take note that if you have trouble with mobility there is a flight of stairs to get into the building and the bathroom is very small. Traffic noise could potentially be an annoyance for some, which is to be expected due to the location, but I personally had no problem with it. Everything about my experience was positive. Brian was responsive and proactive, communicating as needed. The location is ideal if you want to stay central to the main attractions. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would go back! :)

We LOVED our stay at the witch hollow! It was perfect for our 5 nights in Salem. You can’t beat the location and the vibe inside is perfect for a spooky stay. The host was also responsive and communicative. We had everything we needed! I would highly recommended staying here!
