Mark's place was outstanding. It was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. We chose the location because of the local views (the marsh is so beautiful, and it did not disappoint!) and because of the excellent reviews, and it met all our hopes and expectations. As a fellow Airbnb host who wants a very clean place for my own guests and when I travel, I think this was the cleanest place I've every stayed. It was truly spotless, which was so lovely. Mark was responsive and helpful when we had a question. The bed was comfortable (albeit tall--a short person might need a boost up!), there was so much closet room, and overall plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was bright & well outfitted. We had a wonderful time, even though we arrived in the middle of an unusual late-May Nor'easter. We enjoyed the local restaurants and cute Mayflour bakery, and used Mark's guide book for choosing a beach. We very much hope to come back! Thank you Mark for your kind hospitality!

absolutely beautiful place outside of town in the country, very peaceful and quiet, the air bnb was spotless and very comfy. Linda is a great host and very responsive and would recommend this place to anyone. the place is very roomy and the country setting is gorgeous. we weren't able to check in until early the next morning and she was ok with that and everything was as listed.

This studio was beautiful and peaceful while the host was extremely responsive to our needs. We booked quickly so overlooked a few details that we weren't 100% psyched about but that was our fault for not reviewing thoroughly: things like frosted windows in the room where we slept but with no curtains and no full-length mirror in the space. Probably not a big deal for some, but we were a bit uncomfortable with that aspect. Also, this Airbnb is connected to a main unit where it seemed people were either living or staying, so we were hesitant to make much noise. Again, this might be a bonus for anyone searching for peace and quiet. This place is absolutely silent at night. The decor was really cute, the surrounding scenery was stunning, and the host was very accommodating and communicative, so I'm rating a solid 5/5 since the negatives were our own preferences and nothing to do with what was advertised. We dug the experience - thank you!

This place was a life saver! After having a horrible and dangerous situation at our booked hotel, I was stranded 3 states from home at 7 pm with work in the morning. Daniella responded immediately and allowed us to book last minute. We arrived to a suite right out of heaven after what we'd been through and imagine my Sicilian surprise when I saw its right there with the traditional Italian restaurant! I said to my husband when we finally got settled for the night "someone tomrorow is going to tell me this place doesnt exist and was merely an imagined answer to my prayers". Stay here. It's owned by humans who care for other humans and it's those people who deserve our patronage. Also, EAT THE FOOD!

Walking into Andy’s place was like coming home. Very pleasant and clean. Off the beaten path but easy driving distance to all Boston’s North Shore has to offer. Excellent restaurants nearby and interesting activities. Andy was friendly and accommodating. A pleasure. We look forward to returning soon!
